So the reason she wasn't answering her phone was? Partying/recovering/partying

Well - she posted to facebook that day - the 28th - the day after the all white party - to Cameron:

1:12pm : "Got drunk last night. Threatened to kill someone. Good times."

Unfortunately, for those kinds of charges, she likely would get very little jail time. They'd run them concurrently and it would be a matter of months, if even that...just my opinion.

They are not trying them all together tho. That's a good thing, I think.s

So nate says that Casey told cindy she was not leaving but if she wanted to talk they could go outside the apt. Cindy, Casey and Amy go outside, then nate says that is the last time they (he and tony) saw them. So riddle me this when did cindy get the duffle bags and clothes from the apt. She dumped out the clothes for the detectives later that night as far as I knew.

it would not be in the call records, but we have a "notes" section on everyones account. the fact that the phone was cut off would be in the notes. im sure LE would have that info. the notes also go over whenever someone calls in, what they called in about, etc...

Cindy and George Lawyered up in the very beginning....it was just kept quiet somehow.

It's in the documents. When the detective goes back to the house to look at the backyard again and finds a suspicious dent in the yard. (he took the soil) C & G had a lawyer with them then and there.

Yup! I always wondered if I was the only one that picked up on that.

On the 50 years for fraud charges... If they can prove she "stole" Amy's identity, the feds could charge her under the Patriot Act and the punishments are HEFTY

There are a lot of complaints in NY because even minor drug infractions are coming with big penalties if you can somehow tie it into identity theft. The law is meant to give the gov power to hold terrorists - because often the most obvious crime is identity theft/fake passport - but now its being used in non-terror related arrests. Good and bad, IMO.

Also, there's no statute of limitations for murder - LE might be thinking if they can guarentee she'll be locked up for a few years, they can drop the neglect charge, possibly charge cindy for "that incident" of child endangerment, then whenever they find the body charge Casey with murder.

Also they might be trying to get as many "corporation" (ie target, at&t) involved because if they are "residents" in different states, you can appeal for federal jurisdiction - which would also hold Casey for a long long while.

JMO and sorry if what I'm saying turns out to be a little off...its a rough day in NY

From Grunds written statement, he says Casey asked him to go to Fusian and that he inquired where Caylee was and she said at the beach with the nanny for the week or weekend, he couldn't recall which. I think the wording in the police document is just poorly worde (like most of my posts! lol)

Her car was dropped off June 27? Boyfriend picked her up. Where was she or what was she doing during that time?

I thought Cindy said they were in touch every day -go figure.

Thats right. Could she have went back at night and drove the car else where dropped the body and returned the car the Amscot.......or are they open 24/7.....it was only a mile and half from Tonys place heck she could have walked that in 20 mins. No one would be looking for that time period.

I think we will find that she rid herself of Caylee's body the final time on the 26th. She had to have abandoned it then directly after. The worker saw it on the 27th.....in the am. She abandoned it on the 26th at some point.

She was at Fusian so I doubt it.

But was she there the 27th 28th and 29th.....one of them nights she could have gone back and got the car. Caylee could have been in there and the smell was to much for her, plus she didn't want Tony to smell it. Just thinking to much tonight.....need sleep. LOL

I think the pressure in the house is why JB has Casey at his office 6 hours a day. IMO, he is afraid Casey and CA will have a go around and Casey will blurt out what really happened. jmo

I think she already has--at least to Lee and CA.

But.. if there is a family meltdown. SOMEBODY might spill his-her guts!

Don't you understand that all the pressure isn't working? That's obvious. My thoughts here were not on the case but on the victims families of 911. NG has this case on every night.
