OMG! Listen to her snide, sarcastic voice! This girl is sooooo sickening!

Yes, her tone is beyond annoying. I'm really glad NG pointed out that KC will call and demand the protestors be arrested, but would not call for her own daughter. That's insane...or should I say a "backwards" way.

I don't necessarily think that LP just keeps randomly adding to his story - I think he's known most of this all along, but he just knows behind the scenes that they are close to closing the loop on Casey. Now he's not 'jeopardizing' the investigation as much if he shares these little tidbits here and there.

He also wanted to make it clear to Nancy that Casey's female guard wasn't able to be interviewed by LE due to fear by her attorney that she could be charged. My gut read is that he's an honest man - I think part of him feel's SUPER-duped by the A's and has enough facts to know what truly happened to the baby and that makes him sick.

TEAM LP! haha

She could be charged with what?
I'm sure they would give her immunity!

Can someone help me with this? It's been bugging the crap outta me ever since the audio from the LE interviews were released and I heard it again here on NG.

When KC mentions her mom taking Caylee to see CA's mom and dad at the nursing home, she says:

(this isn't verbatim) my mom took her to see HER parents at Mt. Dora.......

Okay, correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't that be KC's GRANDPARENTS? I don't know about ya all but when I make a reference to my dad's mom (presently, she's the only grandparent I have alive) I don't say first my dad's mom because she's my grandmother. Even talking about my mom's mom and dad, they are Nana and Dado and they passed away when I was 12 or so. My dad's dad is always my Grandpa PJ. I don't care who I'm talking to if they know me or not.

KC refers to them as her mom's parents. Not my grandparents. Does this bug anybody else?

It sounds normal to me. In the way she used it it makes sense. I sometimes refer to my grandma as my Dad's mom when I am talking to a stranger.

I totally agree.

IMO the most telling tidbit tonight was LP saying his "female in the house" was now NOT going to talk to YM and the FBI (I know YM didn't go at the last minute - I just don't know took his place). Seems she now has a lawyer too - and that lawyer doesn't think it advantageous for her to talk to LE. hhhhmmmmmmm........what could she know that would get HER in trouble - its obviously something that the MINUTE she knew she should have called LE and didn't. So, what could that be......? hhhmmmmmmm......

I think that was the most important part of NG tonight!

Hey there friend Amity!!!!! Talk to you soon!

i thought that LP said that she was talking to her lawyer and telling him what she heard and the lawyer told her to stop telling him things because what she knew could possibly make her liable. i could be wrong?

well, she did not work..........it's kinda like when you have a younger child at home, and they can't wait for the older sibling to get home.........
I'd say it was clear she wasn't paying any attention to Caylee - toddlers require attention and they don't like it when mom is on the phone.

So do I swag and I think LE should offer her immunity but maybe it has more to do with a contract she signed by Baez or something? Maybe she could be sued???? But how could Baez make her sign a contract that would lead her to do something illegal like talking to LE if she knows something about a crime. It makes no sense.

i thought that the woman that LP had with Casey signed a confidentiality agreement. im pretty sure LP said that in the last chat.

also, if Lee talks to TP everyday, then why is LP saying all of these things about him? wouldnt that make Lee no longer want to talk with TP?

I remember LP saying she had to sign a confidentiality agreement. That could be the only issue standing in the way of her talking to LE.

I think it's just another way KC was trying to be "thorough and exact" Grandparents could also cover GA's parents as well. She was thinking too hard IMO during the intire interview...trying to be on the money too much.

Hi Eva in Ca,

I caught that too when I first heard the tapes.
Only thing I could think of is that Casey was ticked at her grandparents for tattling on her about the checks.
Ya know, there are those people who always play the victim no matter whos fault.
Maybe Casey felt like a victim because grandma turned her in.
If grandma hadn't, there probably wouldn't have been any fight with Cindy and Casey to start this ball rolling.
Kinda like when I'm ticked at hubby....in a joking way I'll tell one of the kids "Tell YOUR father dinner is ready".
IMO, Casey referred to her grandparents the way she did because she was already ticked at them.

they just scanned down the page, and on that page it was a phonecall a minute. one full printout page only went from 8am to noon and it was in like, 12 font.

Are these phone calls or text messages? My bill lists them the same. Maybe she was sending a lot of text messages back and forth so it looks like a lot of calls.

I really don't understand this whole thing with the lady security guard. Is she not talking to ANY of the LE or just the FBI? I am confused. Or could LP just be saying this so the A's don't get wind of it since we have been talking about the girl as being "a fly on the wall" and that she probably heard crucial stuff that LE would want to here about.

Hey HailleJade - OK let me try to concentrate and type properly.

My take on the security guard is that she has obviously heard something that could incriminate Casey and to protect herself, retained a lawyer. Said lawyer has advised herthat she can't talk to the FEDS before she talks to OSCO - which I thought LP mentioned that she would be doing tomorrow.

Or did I just dream that last part? He said something like, her interview couldn't happen today because she had to talk to the orLAHNdo coppers tomorrow. I could also be totally off base....

I emailed Curtis to let him know that surely he has others that really need his services. Betcha CA & GA won't stay in the house for even one night:)

I think it's nothing more than describing the relationship to LE. It explains whose grandparents they were. I always describe my gp's as "my gp's on my father's side" or "mother's side."

I'd say it was clear she wasn't paying any attention to Caylee - toddlers require attention and they don't like it when mom is on the phone.

FOR SURE..My 3 year old begs me to get off the phone..she despises it to no end.

I agree, and as I said before in some of my posts, LP has a good heart and he really was hurt by the breach of trust from the A's and Baez. LP is an investigator, as a bounty hunter he has contacts in LE and of course he is trying to gather as much info as he can to find Caylee. Some opinions are very skeptical of people like LP, but I see his goodness. His comments about Lee A. were very interesting and make me want to revisit the early jail calls.

Now that the A's have the Guardian Angels, will the protestors be bringing in the Hell's Angels?
