Confidentially agreements do not cover illegal acts. If Casey admitted anything to the female BH, it's her responsibility to report it.

I think her "responsibility" to report it comes after the subpoena.

Also, LP started talking about the dumpster after TM got here. I thought it was he wanted the attention, but I also thought KC was trying to redirect the search. She does enjoy the art of redirection. I believe she called them avenues in the first docs out.

Someone else brought up maybe it was not the Amscot dumpster, which could be true, but its an overwhelming thought. Where to even begin to look? I guess just everywhere her phone pinged from.

I kinda think LE and TM know where she is, but they can't get to her. Maybe now they can. I hope they hurry back.

Question for the DEFENSE attorneys:

If the Padilla (female security agent) asked Casey a question about dumping Caylee into a dumpster, and Casey did not respond, but did CRY....

What would that mean to the procection or the jury?

it wasn't Casey that cried,.. it was the female security agent. Padilla was running scenarios by her and ask her to tell him when to stop. He said Casey threw Caylee in the dumpster and she didn't say stop she just started crying.

A friend of mine had his five-year old on his lap. The child is into Tina Turner. So, he searched on "Private Dancer".... Then. he couldn't get out because of pop-ups in, like 12 langauges.

That's just it, Salem, she could be anywhere in that landfill, if she was put in a dumpster somewhere in Orlando. And, to add to that, she'd now have been there 3 months. According to a poster here who said he lives at Sawgrass, there's only one dumpster there and he didn't seem to think she could've been buried on the grounds or whatnot. MOO

I don't think Casey said that.

LP said they presented a scenerio to Casey & told her "to stop me when were wrong"

They then brought up throwing Caylee in the dumpster & she never said no - she started crying

I missed the 8 o'clock show so will watch at 10.

But if this is what was said by LP, it is very hard to believe that Casey would cooperate with this. What about all that talk about no one talking to her about the case without Baez present? And according to LP himself, Casey told him to "get out of her house" when he tried to talk to her. It doesn't make sense....

We dont know when the escort sites where searched or who searched them. Something to think about LA travels for his job alot and he reported Casey puter had blue screen and stuff had been deleted, yet Casey was on the computer before her mom came and found her. Just something to think about don't think we should jump to conclusions.

No, I DVR'd it and went back and listened. It was the BH who cried, and it was today.
