Thought maybe the same, BUT she didn't have money. AND where was she really keeping Caylee?......

oh but she DID have money....
She did not start the stealing until recently.
She had to have some money the two years previous to this spring....I doubt Cindy was giving her much.
Yes, she had some means of income.....at least some.

How could someone hold a grudge for three years because, "Grandmom was the first one to hold the baby?"

Was she hacked the doctors and nurses who held her first too?

Evidently she only wanted the baby and not a 3 year old.

She stole from LA long before and from what I read somewhere, (one of the documents) she had been stealing from CA for years. (online and otherwise also)

I am very interested in the soil sample from the backyard. What type of fluids, if any, were found through testing where the cadaver dogs hit? And a bombshell if anything found on the shovel........and the gas cans....everyone has lied about.
It definitely would be "bombshell" material if any fluids were in the soil which matched the car trunk. I do believe LE has something that they're sure will get the GJ to indict her on murder. MOO

It's further back in this thread but I'll post it again. A fellow W/S'er emailed with CA..I saw the screen shot emails, it was Monoxide. Anyway, he/she was inquiring about the trust fund, improprieties etc. CA spouted out that the only one that stole money was TM when he took a jar with the Caylee Trust Fund flyer off and taped up a TES flyer on it. She said she approached TM who said "it was only $300" She flat out accused TM of stealing. The funniest part is the Caylee Fund was set up to aid in the search for Caylee.[/QUOTE

I doubt he did but I hope he did. I would stand up and applaud him in front of her. Especially after GA stealing the $1500 worth of supplies earmarked for the searchers.

I reckon the A nonsearch team owes the TM search team a passle of thanks.
I reckon that shrew could look at milk and curl it right up.

snipped -
I also found it rather comical that they have 10 days to turn it over and if needed longer by contacting the judge directly. In 10 days Baez will be defending a different case and will be entitled to it anyway. LOL

I thought that was funny too. JB is so green he doesn't even know how to properly ask for evidence. He just stands in front of the camera and tells the world that he hasn't "seen" it and just expects it to fall in his lap. He's so out of his league...

That's what I was referring to earlier ~ the time period before she met TonE. I realize the Grunds found out she was hanging out with friends when they were taking care of Caylee, but she had to have had some income in order to be doing all this "hanging out". Going out costs money! MOO

They will not help him find Caylee because Caylee is not in their den or refrigerator or travelling collection tent. I think he plays the game because it is kind of bad manners to tell the grieving grandparents to go jump in Lake Jessop. The first time Cindy chewed him out it made him mad and he swore he would continue to search no matter what she said. (Not quoted verbatim)

I reckon that small feller with the big heart wants to break a foot off in someones rear end.

Maybe not verbatum, but pretty durned close!

It seems if she was involved in either phone sex or *advertiser censored*, she would have had money, and wouldn't have been stealing from family and friends.
But I do think she's 'cut out' to do either one of those.
I think she is too lazy myself. But she was obviously out trolling for guys since there are at least 3 on the police force who have slept with her.

I think it was the dogs' handlers. But asking to cross examine the dogs themselves would've been funny! :D

WOOF WOOF>>>>>>>>(translation)YEP... we found her.

IIFC the judge said he would have to depose the lead investigator and then depose them. That judge did everything he could to help Baez, to keep him from looking so incompetent.

I know. Last night on NG Tim said that he felt for sure Caylee was deceased. He met with the A's today. Tonight he said something to the effect of her possibly being alive. This was in direct contrast to his real feelings from last night. Cindy obviously harped on him today and he decided to give the appearance of playing the game to get cooperation.

How stupid must anyone be to not realize that someone in their home had not worked for two years. LA says he has verified that she did work. It is almost time to say where. When he gets in to court he will not selectively answer questions. He will be required to answer.

I reckon that smirk will be gone like loose change laying around the A house.

It would have to have been under the table.

OCSD confronted CA with KC's federal earnings report. It said KC last worked in the first quarter of '06. They musta got it from the FBI.

I honestly don't think so.

I don't think she was either. I've said this before - I think she waited until everyone left for work and then she went back home. She pretended to have a job in the evening so she could leave Caylee with her mom while she went out and played with her friends. She told her friends she worked during the day when she was actually taking care of Caylee. After she had the falling out with her friend who watched Caylee and she broke it off with Jesse, she took care of Caylee during the day. There never was a nanny or babysitter or whatever you want to call it.

Not for a woman..............I can count the drinks I paid for on my fingers when I was younger and went out for an evening. My girlfriends and I many times in college went out with a couple of bucks between us and partied all night long. LOL

Maybe Tim just had a really long day. If I had to sit with the A's atty for four hours I certainly wouldn't feel like saying much of anything to anyone LOL

.........What I thought I heard was that Tim spent time today with Najames....and TOMORROW would be talking with the Anthonys.
Transcript tomorrow.....

I don't see why this is such a big victory for the defense - Sooner or later LE has to give them access to the evidence - JB's is just getting it sooner rather than later

I doubt that this Judge is going to allow KC to travel to "Points of interest"

He actually seemed very surprised that KC was at her attorneys office for 6 hours a day

I haven't had a chance to watch NG yet. I agree, JB didn't score anything major. He sounded unprofessional, ill prepared & is not well spoken. I don't think the judge is going to let KC go look either. I hope the GJ rules real quick so she can get back to jail with no bond. It will then be a moot point for the judge.

I totally agree.

I didn't get to see the hearing today, but catching up on reading, and video links, I totally agree about the judge. Baez seemed to be in over his head and I can only imagine what will happen if he continues to defend her ~ for murder. MOO

Me too. I think she stole $5 here and $5 there whenever she thought she could get away with it. It was never enough to draw attention until she began her "crime spree".

I didn't see it as any type of victory for KC. The court allowed what the law says should be given to the defense attorney. Nothing more, nothing less. If you noticed, the State's attorney did not even argue the majority of it, but questioned the case law to support Baez's motions. They don't care about what the court gave him.

I found it very interesting the "wording" of the state attorney each time they said "we can give you what WE have, but there are other agencies, federal agencies from which we cannot provide anything. I believe the feds have the most damming evidence.

The polygraphs were also interesting as the "other agencies" was brought into that one too. Each time the state attorney agreed to anything he wanted and many times said he could have had it already if he had asked. I found that funny.

I also found it rather comical that they have 10 days to turn it over and if needed longer by contacting the judge directly. In 10 days Baez will be defending a different case and will be entitled to it anyway. LOL

Shouldn't defense counsel know who is doing what? Everybody ELSE knows the FBI is doing most of the forensics and the polygraphs. Has he been living in a cave?

The judge gave JB a chunk of what he's gonna get anyway, after Tuesday.

Anybody want to remind JB that when the prosecution tried to contact him about discovery, he ignored the letter AND the phone call?
