Kobi arguing it's only a preliminary report, but, imo, there must be something to the report that the DA and GJ believe it was a human being decomposing in the trunk.

Actually her check fraud case was delayed so that he could put all his effort into the murder trial. He was not at all prepared for the check fraud trial. Her trial was supposed to be the end of Nov/beginning of Dec now it is next spring. I think he wants to get the murder one out of the way.

when you only make vague statements like "might be" and "could be" it's easy to hold your own. The one thing kobi never does is answer yes or no, we never get definitive answers from him.
