Actually her check fraud case was delayed so that he could put all his effort into the murder trial. He was not at all prepared for the check fraud trial. Her trial was supposed to be the end of Nov/beginning of Dec now it is next spring. I think he wants to get the murder one out of the way.

Plus when she goes to trial for murder she isn't sentenced to anything..like being guilty of another crime e.g. check fraud. When she goes to trial for murder she will have a sparkling record FWIW.

I agree with you, but most defense attorneys want to postpone the inevitable as long as possible. I just don't believe she will be found at this point. MOO

Yep and he has the A's gearing up for that defense as we speak. I know he is not their attorney but IMO he is telling them what to do and what to say..just a feeling. He is trying to create reasonable doubt through the A's IMO.

ITA his defense is going to be Caylee is alive.
