Nancy says "search going into the night now."
They are down in a muddy creek, looking for Zahra.

Caller: purchases at the furniture store?>premeditation
Caller: father did not bring up that she was hearing impaired>she could not respond
NG: u should b a detective
JeanC: Z was looking at cartoons on a television (at furniture store)
JeanC: we have not heard whether any purchases

caller: 2 concerns: any purchases that day? second issue father did not bring up her being hearing impaired (((my note he did not even tell them her NAME!!!!!!!!!!)))

JC: owner of furniture store: heard of no purchases

hearing aides not mentioned

hearing aides left behind but prosthetic leg missing

I would think that another reason for EMS to be there would be snake bite. They have some pretty venomous snakes in that area - including water moccasins (cotton mouths). Plus EMS would be there for to immediately treat any cut from that contaminated water.

JMO and :twocents:

Attorney: No way he is gonna take a polygraph in this case, no way!

caller: SM blaming AB: couldn't LE ask him as opportune time to take LDT?

unleash lawyers:

he is lawyered up now...

lawyers: no way he takes a poly and no one is talking to police

ab didn't do a good job and AB is a nightmare of a client!!!!

Back from commercial with more audio/video snippets.........

Caller: asking about day Z was seen in furniture store, were any purchases being made? Thinking about premeditation, bed missing. Caller also mentioning AB not mentioning Z being hearing impaired during 911 call. Jean C: heard of no purchases at the furniture store. Also saying AB did not mention Z needing hearing aids during the call; they were found at the house.

Caller: since EB is blaming AB, wouldn't this be a good time to try to get him to talk?

NG: LE can ask all they want to; he's got a lawyer, he won't take a LDT.

NG discussing with panel about AB 911 call, whether he will talk or not.

NG on to another case now..........

Attorney: paraphrased---Basically, Adam blew the 911 call.

~on to new case~

levi page is covering this case at nine.... ((I posted a thread))

last note... not only did AB not tell the 911 operator his daughter's NAME... but he alson forgot to mention she was hearing impaired...

-------or what she was wearing, or a physical desription...

The 911 call operator also did ask the child's name. :(

I am not going to argue this point exhaustively.. but PattyG.. if your child is missing you say their name at some point in 15 minutes!

eta: or any other important facts he figured that the officer should know!!!!!!! insane!

moo

I really think the 911 operator thought it was a prank call............

I see the other side as it is the duty of the 911 operator to get all the information from the caller, ask questions, get answers. We will have to agree to disagree on this one. :blowkiss:

ETA: 911 call was under 5 minutes.

I think the 911 operator was taken aback at the tone and content of the call.....

and Adam lost his script in there somewhere or just had a crappy script.

I am not going to personally scrutinize the operator at this time.

I will however scrutinize the reporting parent

eta: if your own child is missing do you not yell their name? that they take medicine? that they have problems? this is nuts!
