Thank you to all of the members of this forum. I joined here not long ago, all because of this thread. After joining, I just couldn't bring myself to post anything. Now that my baby girl has been found, I am Danielle Locklear's father, I just wanted to say thank you. And, much to my surprise, I log on tonight and see that my dad has apparently joined and has been posting - assuming Dan-d is my dad.

So, thank you all for not only this thread, but all the others, and all the help you try to provide. Regardless of what comes out of these threads, as a parent, I can say it's just awesome to see a community like this come together for the purpose of helping others. I can't say thank you enough.

There are new comments on the 1st photo from a girl that claims to be a previous ex of JMM. She shares the same birthday, and has known him for 9 years, dated him for 2+.

She states she has proof of his aggression on text message (everything except Kik) & expressed hesitation at first on the thread, asking for advice.

Other posters mentioned taking screen shots of what's on her phone, and recommended she go to the Police, as she could be Danielle's voice. If this is true, it would show a pattern of aggression. Apparently, she stood up for herself and broke up with him.

Personally I would take NYDailyNews with a grain of salt - they are not know for fact checking IMO. They are sensationalist ie; throttled vs choked as if there is some kind of comedic bent to that action! They are the only news source reporting that Danielle went to Malloys house. Not on foot she didn't, it's 18 miles. If she went to Autryville why were her clothes on the bank at Little Rockfish Creek?
Not only that but several news services reported that the girl that lived nearby Danielle was the one she was going to see that night. But that girls story changed and was convoluted. I will not name her here but she is named in MSM.

I had a growing suspicion that "someone" set Dannie up that night. Now it is my opinion that this person had Malloy and Lock laying in wait and Dannie had no idea she would be seeing him. As this girl's story became more unbelievable it began to look to me that she was covering - how could she see Dannie the next day at the creek while cutting through to South View? And the story of being with 5 males didn't cut it. South View is north and the creek is south! Her facebook is interesting is all I will say.
I am of the opinion that Malloy and Lock (and possibly others) acted out of revenge, conspired and committed murder in the first degree

Naturally I have no facts and won't quote SM but the person Bashing Dannie on her webstagram says a lot as well. There are others with whom the charge of conspiracy would fit just fine.

I am bothered by the girl's facebook page. I read through it though and found it rather disturbing that she posted that Dannie had passed before it was officially announced by law enforcement. From the news articles I read, her body was found April 2 but not officially released that it was confirmed to be her until April 8th. This girl in question posted a RIP message to Dannie on April 3rd. I find that rather suspect. That's just my opinion on it anyway.

There are so many more questions than answers. My hope is that LE can get to the bottom of it all and charge everyone and anyone involved. My gut tells me there are more than just the two boys that have been charged.

On a side note, reading what kids today post on their social media sites really seriously makes me sick to my stomach. I'm just so sick over this whole situation.

Only two people have been charged in this case. The medical examiner still hasn't officially released the body, but the police had already spoken to the family when this was posted on Facebook.

That's true, the family did hear from LE when the body was discovered and told that LE was 90% sure. But the family, and most of Dannie's friends, refrained from posting RIP messages until they knew for sure, which was the day Malloy confessed. The girl in question... the "friend"... posted an RIP message almost immediately after the body was discovered. IMHO I think it's because she knew for a fact that it was Dannie.

ETA: There were a few posting on Dannie's personal FB. But others were quick to chastise them and encouraged them to hold out hope and wait to be sure she was really gone. Didn't mean to imply the girl in question was the only one. But then again, the other friends haven't posted suspicious things either.

I went through every photo & the meme isn't there. Thanks for posting the link to his Facebook though.

His "CEO" status is an indicator of what I was saying earlier - another F-bomb that degrades women.

He still himself listed as "in a relationship" with Danielle. Meanwhile, the only sign of trouble is Dannie changing her status to "in a complicated relationship" with him.

There's a photo of the two of them in happier times from 2013 that literally brought me to tears. I am heartbroken, infuriated!

This kid fooled a lot of people, but I have a feeling the evil was always just under the surface. :moo:

I'm more curious as to how it got deleted. Was it reported to IG & taken down? Or has he granted someone access (all it takes is telling a 3rd party your password, in a jail house visit, over the phone, or by snail mail). :waitasec: :dunno:

IIRC she (or someone) also claimed that another neighbor was with the group and that claim prompted a search of a nearby house. The police determined it was not credible and did not consider the neighbor a POI. IMO she made up a lot of allegations in an effort to cover for JM and was complicit.

At the moment I am not finding my link to that search but If I find I will post it.

I think most of the story was a fabrication, as you do. I wonder now if she & whoever coordinated and concocted this scenario -- if not, one (or more) of them may be hung out to dry.... we can hope...

At this time, my impression of JM is that he is quite cocky and charming, and demands a certain type of conduct in the girls he dates. He is cute, and his body is slammin' and he knows it. I think he has little respect for girls/women, and that he treats them that way. MHO. He is his own biggest fan, and the girls (some of 'em, anyway) like him.

Poor Dannie may have pizzed him off with a remark and he went off on her, or either the "fight" was totally fabricated. He may have sweet-talked her & got her in a location where he could make her pay for not seeing him anymore or for something she may have said to friends. "Big Man" type stuff.

I do think it was a Murder1st type of killing and I'm hoping the DA will up the charges and make it a no-bond offense, & that LE will bring in Mr Lock and mr-lock him up again. Could it have also been a kidnapping kind of thing, too? :twocents:

Right?! Seems to me if your friend is missing, the last thing you would care about is your phone. And why the worry about someone texting while the police have the phone? What is it she is afraid that they might say?? I would gladly give up my phone, and anything else that might help if my friend was missing.

By the way... CP isn't Dannie's mom. Mom's initials are RF. The CP person is Dannie's aunt. But yeah she did have a great reply. I just can't believe this girl is not in custody though. Makes me wonder if she is even on LE's radar at all??

ETA: Even the videos this friend has speaks volumes about her and her generation. Fights, twerking?? My gosh, why tape that stuff and put it on SM?? I believe this generation of youth also have a term for that kind of behavior... RATCHET!

But I'm of a different generation altogether. I should talk -- in my day, we did the "dog," so who am I to say...

Twerking is a type of suggestive dance. Google it, and you will see a reference to a youtube "Howto" video. Good golly, Miss Molly! No nudity or anything like that -- it's a young woman giving simple lessons. But it would be quite provocative, especially, IMO, if you're a mid-teenaged girl dancing with/in front of a teenaged boy. It really puts it out there in no uncertain terms. And it would drive boys crazy.

Note to teenage girl thinking about doing the dance: Don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk, IMHO.
