Here is one part of the NC DPS sentence and years of incarceration. The State of NC often gives and "from -- to" date for imprisonment, and they will parole an inmate, in most cases, after approx. 3/4 of the sentence is served. It appears that McLellan did that for his convictions -- some of the sentences were "consolidated" which is very common.
