I get a strong “street vibe” off him, moo.
OMG.
I have NeVer heard oanything so strong since maybe Jessica!? Holy...
I think they found something rwally bad in the car. Moo.
I am sIck right now.
Wow. Wow just wow.
This is BAD.
(Calling in @MassGuy as he and I have been analyzing LEs words in Mollie’s, Jayme’s...
This is bad. Very bad.
(Eta: maybe they didn’t find anything in the car and they just are using stats/-
But really! We haven’t even seen them talk ton Jayme’s perp like this? Or Mollie’s!
If they think there is any chance she is being held alive the last thing they are going to do is potentially aggravate the offender.
They suspect she’s dead. Strongly, moo. Clearly with some evidence. Bad evidence. MOOO.

Yep! And I bet you’re right about him having a rap sheet...which means there is a high probability he is in CODIS, correct??? MOOI get a strong “street vibe” off him, moo.
At the PC yesterday, the last question asked was, "Do you have any evidence in the car that shows Hania had been in it?" The officer said nothing, he backed up and walked into the building.
Not even words such as we can not discuss this, checking for fingerprints, DNA, nothing more said.
YES!!!!!Yep! And I bet you’re right about him having a rap sheet...which means there is a high probability he is in CODIS, correct??? MOO
Wonder what the turnaround time is for prints, blood, etc.?? MOOYES!!!!!
I agree....this is horrible.....I wonder if we will see LE say something like:
“Based on evidence found in the vehicle we have reason to believe that this is now a recovery mission. And we are going to track him down.”
Just a guess. And IF that’s the case they might not even tell us that.
And despite any blood they would s need absolute forensic confirmation anyway which takes time.
Imo maybe expect an article like this soon:
Longmont police believe Rita Gutierrez-Garcia is dead, have ID'd 'person of interest'
MOO
I agree with you here as well...MOOThis case is going to be very highly solvable, imo. Recovery wise and perp wise, jmo.
*knocking, rather loudlyHania’s case is going to be very highly solvable, imo. Recovery wise and perp wise, jmo.
High solvability potential. Imo.
Knock on wood.

I'm fairly certain that at some point we are going to find out that the perp is one of the following:
-A family friend or acquaintance that knows her.
-A neighbor that is familiar with her.
-Someone staying temporarily or permanantly with a neighbor.
-Someone that has stalked her or seen her social media.
I come to this conclusion because we've all seen the location where she was snatched from. There isn't going to be any random passer-by at 6:30 am on monday morning. This person obviously wanted to kidnap her and not just steal a car or he would have pushed her out of the way and taken the car.
I know we've seen speculation that it could be someone going to the grocery store. Not open at that hour.
I know we've seen speculation that perhaps it was someone who was heading to take a urine test. Courts and PO isn't open at that hour.
No, this was definitely some sort of targeted kidnapping. Perhaps it WAS a crime of opportunity, but it had to have begun with him either watching her that morning, or stalking her previously to know what time she left for school or something of that nature. I'll never believe it was some random guy just happened to be walking down that dirt road in a trailer park because he had nothing better to do and randomly stumbled upon a girl in a car or beside a car.

Thank you for the heads up on the jury room thread about de-stressing from discussion of these cases. I’m usually able to compartmentalize these things fairly well but all these missing cases lately, just waiting on LE to find the victims, listening to the families, hoping against hope for a good outcome when you know it’s not likely after being here a while.... well it can really get to you. I actually had my first post removed today. Deservedly too. It wasn’t respectful of LE. I didn’t mean it to be disrespectful because that’s not who I am at all in the real world. But I’ve been spending hour upon hours engrossed in where Jayme and Hania are, why haven’t they found Daniella Vian or Danielle Stislicki, and what kind of subhuman throws a baby into the ocean like a piece of trash. My frustration came out in my reply. I am definitely going to check out that thread. Thanks again.PS Check out the thread in Jury Room for how to destress from involvement and discussion of these sad cases. Perhaps share your thoughts.

From Hania's home to the courthouse is 8-10 min by car and about an hour on foot. Google MapsSo in Jessica’s case they harped on why was he in the area (for work, etc)—
Turned out he lived there and wasn’t even 17z
Not so sure here he’s local???. You guys were talking about buses? And maybe him being in the area to visit someone.
Ok here’s a leap (and I know it’s a leap)—-how close is the courthouse or maybe taking a pee test or meeting with a PO? Just a thought.
Argh so much to catch up on, I know you guys have been rocking it!!!!!!
