A couple of DWI's, unsealed alcohol in vehicle, expired tags, improper turns, speeding.
I see Dismissal without Leave by DA on several charges. But, plead guilty on a DWI charge in 2000.
so nothing really that would get him disbarred. Mostly likely they were DWI's reduced to something less.
Nothing really that would point to a substance abuse problem or owing a debt to someone that chose to collect on the debt.
IMO - it was still a contract killing - not necessarily by a professional but someone who owed a debt or making good on a retaliation promise. Just MOO!
