If KW was responsible for Mariah death, I don't believe for one minute EK would cover for her and take the rap for murder.
So, trying to word this very carefully, do you think he would only participate in the cover up if he caused the death?

That's a good point about people being hesitant to report to LE, also, the street rule of "no snitching." About that neighbor, that was one of the incidents I was referring too when I said there is no verified source of that ever happening or the subsequent comment about "adult tempers." In fact, him doing that doesn't seem to jive. Think about it, he busts up a car like that because he's having a temper tantrum, only way to get it fixed is to make an insurance claim and that would involve getting the cops involved to write up a report for the insurance company. If EK has a rep with the local cops, they are going to be suspicious. There isn't a viable story for EK or KW to come up with to explain that type of damage to the cops that isn't going to sound suspicious. To me, that report stinks of locals wanting to their 15min or just to settle some score.

I doubt they even have the type of insurance that would cover those kinds of damages to their older vehicle. They probably have minimal coverage.

Besides that, I highly doubt he was thinking that far ahead once he grabbed a bat and began smashing out the windows of his gf's van. He was just acting out impulsively, probably high as a kite, imo.

There were reports, If I understood them correctly, that the boys were sent to school, during the time their sister was missing[ or right after she was found]...is that right?

If so, the school would have seen if either one had bruises or facial injuries. JMO
Maybe they did and we don't know.

So do you mean in general then, not specifically relating to this case, if there is an apparent cod like a stabbing, they always do tox testing?

I don't think I have ever seen a homicide case where they did not do some type of tox screening.

Which may be what caused social services to speak with them to begin with. Although my guess is LE spoke with them first and then alerted social services.

Oh good! Lol not good that it's taking so long but you know what I mean. Just glad that they haven't written KW off as a suspect. Do you think she is "free" to go whereevee she wants and do wants she wants? Do u think they are tracking her every move? I should hope so. Wasn't sure if they can do that if she isn't considered a person of interest... which brings me to the question, IS she even officially a person of interest? I know she wasn't a few days ago, but I'm behind so could have missed that. [emoji58]

I think they are generally keeping track. She has not been listed as a POI by LE as far as I know. But I'm pretty sure the both of them are up for grabs.

Why were the kids sent to live with dad in 2016?

Are there any reports out there that state KW caused bruises or injuries to her children?

Nothing beyond what AW supplied to the media. The woman drove her car and tried to hit gf in front of children. The children said their mother is mean. Emotional trauma doesn't leave bruises and it can be as harmful as a belt.

The only way I see him covering up is if he caused the death or him and KW together somehow caused it. If anyone else other than him caused her death I don't see him keeping quiet at all regardless of what anyone has on him.

It is common now that all autopsies include tox testing now. I dont know of any ME who signs off on any official AR unless they have received the tox report/results back.

I cant remember any case in the past 10 years or even longer where a tox report wasn't done on bodies that were autopsied. Its become SOP even if the tox report comes back negative. Nowadays the ME will not sign off on any official autopsy report in order to finalize it until they have received the tox report results.

I'm not sure. I was under the impression there were also reports of them being seen playing in the back of a truck while LE were searching???

The documents indicate AW girlfriend attacked KW - then HC went to magistrate after the fact and filed charges claiming the opposite. I have no clue what really happened. I just don't see anything that indicates that KW was the one abusing the children while EK just followed orders.

Heck if you ask my children two days ago I am the meaniest mom in the world because I wouldn't let them go to an event that EVERYONE elses mom was letting their kids go to and mine are the only two in the whole wide world who can't go. So I don't put alot of stock into a small child saying mom is mean to me.

iirc, their minister said the grandmother was providing transportation for the boys to go to school and needed funds for gas. And it really made me wonder what their school attendance record was prior to Mariah's missing report.

Based on documents released, the two youngest were sent to dads because they could not be around the oldest until certain requirements were met.

That's a misdemeanor "assault" against a cop. More than likely EK said something that hurt the cops feelings and the cop decided to hit him with "assault." Cops do this sort of thing all the time, struggle while getting arrested? Ooops...sorry, now you've got resisting arrest. WHoa whoa...you mouthed off to me? NOW, you're getting hit with disorderly conduct. Spitting in a drunken rage in the general direction of a cop will result in an assault against a cop charge. Add to that it's only a misdemeanor assault, if it was an actual violent assault it would have been charged as a felony. I just don't buy that as evidence of his violent streak.

All those things that you mention should bring charges IMO.

If that were the case, that he just said something hurtful, and the cop charged him with assault for no reason, then I doubt he would have been convicted.

In my experience, the convictions are usually UNDERSTATED in terms of what really happened. There are usually lots of charges dropped and the remaining ones are lessened, and the person is convicted of something much less serious than what they were actually doing when arrested.

The majority of felony arrests get pled down to misdemeanor convictions.

Sorry I don't know their trailer no. Maybe it was a data inputting error?

BBM

:waitasec: The form has him listed as "UMEMPLOYED" so maybe the data-input person was having "one of those days?"
