I've never seen so many knives in a trial as I am seeing now. Did she attack him with a set of steak knives? Did he use any to fight back? I guess I have to be patient and just listen...

I thought the same thing borndem! It seemed like a couple of the blades were broken off during the assault or the handle was missing. How many times did the assailant have to return to the kitchen for another knife?

This crime just screams to me of rage. HER rage.

I wonder if we will hear from the defense and another case of a battered woman. :banghead: Where is LaViolola or whatever her name is?

That's happened to me, too. I watched one that ended Friday, and then I noticed this thread.

I watched the opening statements and a few of the other witnesses testimony over the weekend.

I'm wondering if they are going to put her on the stand?

I say, "No way, Josey." But it would be interesting to see her get cross-examined by a good prosecutor, and I think this one could handle it! Whew! How truthful would her sworn testimony be, I wonder....

There was no medical error, she knicked his colon w that stabbing in doin so bacteria and sepsis would thn course thru his veins, when your gut dies you die. End of story, she killed him, it just took ten days to die.

I believe the man that she is now charged with killing was a juror on that trial--the incident happened on Feb. 17, 2010. (I'm not sure on the date of that trial.)

That's how they met.

The poor guy--he went too easy on her.

I wonder if he still believes she isn't capable of such violence?

Welp, she is charged with his murder.

The guy that she had the similar incident with on Feb. 17, 2010, testified that he had forgiven her. He believes they are friends again.

If she gets off on this I wouldn't be surprised if that guy would take her back--his eyes looked very happy while he was on the stand telling about how Crystal and he had hit it off from the minute they met.

Some guys never learn, (until it's too late.)

Gee, some of the witnesses seem to have amnesia when they take the stand.

The little one from yesterday, Aykia Hanes--with the babysitting problems--told this witness, Sgt. Marianne Bond, that she heard someone say: "I'm gonna *advertiser censored** you up."

BBM - Agreed. It seems like that, although I hope the jury is not getting that impression.

Mr. Daye had a good recall of what happened that night for the condition he was in. Poor guy.
