It is amazing to me after watching the landfill video, that they could hone in on anything....looks like it is lifting and spreading stuff so how can they read dates? I am so confused. Looks to me if they found "dates" how in the world could they link anything together.....admitting I know nothing about landfills other than I admire these guys that have to do this dirty work. Please find this child.
Thank you,,,it helps to hear from locals. Wish you had gone up and peeked in the window,lol...never know what you might have seen...computer perhaps? toys? LOL
However, Defense Attorney Scott Reilly found it unsettling that the judge increased what he believed was an already excessive bail.
Reilly believes that if the judge paid attention to the standard guidelines for those charged with obstruction of justice instead of the media attention surrounding the case, Elisa Baker's bail would be set at $10,000.

If you rewatch that press conference, they have the date. That's how they have honed in on a specific cell to sort through. The fact that they think they can accomplish this in "up to 5 days" and not be there other than during operating hours make me believe they are looking for something rather large that would stand out in the pile...like a mattress/boxspring.
MOO
What was the outcome of that case? I am not familiar. I am a newbie Websleuthie.
They are probably trying to just figure out where some of the trash is from maybe from the addresses on old mail, newspapers, and such. That way they can narrow down to her county or neighborhood. Five days seems very quick to me considering the size of this place. They have their work cut out for them for sure.
Hi, Pel!! I had the same thing.. also had antibiotics and prednisone. Still not completely over it and it's been 2 months. They won't give me a flu shot till I'm well. ~sigh~
Here's to our health... hope we are both better soon!
Awww I'm so sorry to hear.. it's a virus that's spreading uber fast it seems.
My daughter had it last week and she was sicker than I've ever seen her and she's 18! Which made me think of Zahra and if she really DID have something like that and she wasn't being given water and watched over consistantly she could have gotten much sicker, stayed sick longer and died. SO sad to think of.
Zahra's mattress / spring is definitely from a twin sized bed....... the mattress at the landfill looks like a full sized to me...but it's hard to say for sure......
Thanks Blondy, good to see you out sleuthing again too. The pack is back!!! :woohoo:
Shoulda seen the picture my daughter drew of me in the morning once. lol

So the police didn't need a search warrarnt to remove items (mattresses, etc) from the home because AB gave them permission????????
Hey Frogin ,
I can't locate the vid that has the image of the 4 LE dragging a mattress which is the one I wanted to screen capture for sure.
I did screen capture this one. Poor quality that's from quality of the vid because I went full screen to capture it.
This is one of the mattresses at dump. Looks twin sized? Maybe?

That's what I was trying to figure out too Mommy2Sarah.
On the shot that isn't zoomed in at the dump. It does look like it could possibly be a twin.
When we see the zoomed in one (thanks by the way! ) it looks like it might be full sized.
Wonder if it is the same mattress in both shots and if so, which size is it? I'll have to see what other's have to say. I'm still pondering and eyeballing it.
JMHO.
