From my recollection, there is 1 piece of tangible evidence that is said to be conclusive regarding Caylee's death...the single strand of hair. I think that is arguable in court.

The other evidence is the smell in the car. The body farm did air testing for chemical compostion of the "smell". Please bear in mind that "smells" in the air are not as positive proof as smells from a "stain" or specific spot that can be further analyzed. So far, I haven't read where the stain in the trunk had been identified.

Look...the odds are that Caylee is dead. But who wants to close a case based upon odds when there is a chance, however slight, that a little girl is "out there".

My favorite fantasy about this case is that Casey gave Caylee to someone, mainly to gain freedom from the burdens of motherhood and from the constraints of her family. If a person exists who has Caylee and is secretly adopting her, there may well be a mandatory time period that has to pass without challenge. If Casey is indeed as spiteful as she appears, she would rather stay in jail than risk her parents winning full custody from an adoptive family.

Casey Anthony may indeed despise her parents more than most of the people here.

I remember the same thing about the airport video tapes being over written. It is amazing to me how much speculation in this case has become fact in the minds of so many. Although I see a lot of emotion in this case and I believe it is human nature when emotions start running high people tend to start believing what they want to believe and not always what is backed up by verified fact.

My only hope in this case is that truth and justice run their full course regardless of the final outcome that they may provide.

When I do look at facts I can verify in this case, and I expend considerable effort to do so, and avoid jumping to conclusions, there are gaps between the things that can be proven on both sides of the fence. And therefore I keep seeking with an open mind for the truth.
 
The A's are only fooling themselves, unbelievable, must have served up alot of the Koolaide at thier meet and greet Saturday, get real Anthonys.......sheesh

This is beyond stupid. She was reported to be at OIA during a THREE DAY PERIOD? Okay it only takes a few HOURS to board a plane and GO. Who is going to take a "kidnapped" child and stay at a high security airport like OIA for longer than it takes to catch one plane out. No sense makes sense to these folks!
 
This is going to be a waste, a huge waste.

I have not been active here as a poster but have watched the news closely and of course read here on a regular basis. If I had to vote on that point it would be thumbs down! I think she knows exactly what happened and is guilty by ommision, which is in my mind not talking turkey to the police instead of trying what she can do to raise as much $$ as possible. It is the basic opinion, but I have contended this from Day 31 when she made the 911 calls then mentioned Caylee being missing as an afterthought. I agree with you. :blowkiss:
 
So if caylee is alive then who is dead, who else is missing? Who crawled in the car and died? any thoughts......:waitasec:
 
We already debunked the main airport sighting here and the FBI has as well. C-5 and C-6 wraps it up.

They have NOTHING. This is simply dangling a carrot in front of the media to coincide with another search (if it happens) on Monday. They would not come out on Thursday or Friday to say they have BOMBSHELL evidence that Caylee is alive...then add...but it can wait until Monday. Give me a break!

I just want these people to go away.:yow: I don't want to see them anymore. I don't want to hear them. I don't want to see their pictures. Is it at all possible that the woman who claimed to have seen her confused the airport terminals? Is it possible that the terminals she said were actually the terminals where the disembarking occurred?

IMO, the police come to every siting with the preconclusion that the child is dead. While that may be the case in the end, I think sitings need to be thoroughly investigated. Police shouldn't presume that a person reports something only for self promotion or publicity. Granted, most sitings are simply mistaken and some are publicity hounds....this is why we, the taxpaying public, support police departments. Their job is to thoroughly investigate, not to brush off what they presume to be erroneous leads.

I'm probably gonna be arrested one of these days bacuse I look closely at every little girl I see in Caylee's age bracket. Lucky for me, given the current mindsets, that I haven't seen one who resembles her very much. I can't help it. I am a grandmom who has raised 2 granddaughters from about that age.....I would have died if something like this tragedy happened in my family.

I didn't see where they had identified decomp fluids in the trunk....only the air was analyzed for decomp...and they cannot extract DNA from air samples, especially after 31 days. The "death band" on the single hair is the primary forensic evidence that has be released to date. So far, I haven't read where that is 100% conclusive, scientifically.

I hope anyone on the defense team, who smelled the car Friday, had nightmares over it. That smell is hard to forget. Made George throw up.

IIRC, DNA from the hair was linked to a female Anthony. Casey and Cindy and Cindy's mother are alive so the math says it is Caylee's hair.
