First off, Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American WS friends. We do not celebrate it here in the Netherlands. It's just a normal work day :boohoo:

A couple of other things really bothered me (in addition to those that DotsEyes noticed which made me almost feel sorry for CA for like 2 seconds):

1. KC was writing "Casey M. Lazzaro" and "Casey M. Lazarro" on a piece of notebook paper. She couldn't even SPELL her boyfriend's name and she already had herself married to him. This is very immature behavior. I would say it borders on obsessive.

2. The sworn statements of the couple with the puppy that "saw" Caylee make me wonder a little bit what and whom they actually saw. Is it at all possible??? (enter reasonable doubt with jury)

3. The family is even more F-d up than we have imagined up until now. I think Rick is the only one who actually has their number.

Nancy, I noticed the same thing in KC's computer searches so I tried to google One Tree Hill and Chloroform, I found a couple of interesting links to share, one is some lyrics that is some how connected to the show and the second is a link to another site that speaks of a character playing the role of a deranged Nanny that kidnaps a child she is caring for. This could be where KC concoted her tall tale from, however I must go back and see what and check what date she made these searches.

Wow, that is fascinating! One Tree Hill is also a U2 song, from Joshua Tree. But what you found, whoa! Anyone notice 3-19 is the perp's birtdhay. So she was doing these computer searches on her birthday and a few days afterward. Highly emotional time for a troubled young lady. Wonder what happened that day?
 
I`m confused now- did Casey say that both Lee and George abused, or tried to abuse her? This would influence my opinion, which would be just an opinion though.

Ahh Cindy I do believe the apartment that your referring to turned out to be RM's and more then likely the clothes that you gave to the police, claiming they were Zanny's were...hmmm, probably AH's in an attempt to pin this on her! :bang:

GA is bi-polar, like his sister and KC inherited it from him?

Rick hasn't liked GA for the whole 28 years they have been married?

CA was thinking of suicide but for Caylee and her parents?

LA? What is he going to say about these allegations his sister made? BTW, DH said a long time ago "there is something wrong with a guy who parts his hair in the middle". Tonght, during NG, a picture of LA was shown DH said "who is that?" Without knowing much about this case, or that it was LA, he said "he isn't right, they need to look at him for some answers." LA had his hair parted in the middle.

DH has never been wrong about anyone - ever.

Who is DH? Doesn`t sound very credible to me- if a guy parts his hair in the middle. Sounds kind of prejudiced.

Lee`s laughter in the police interviews is what makes me think "he`s not right".

Thank you and no, I think its fine right here (IMHO) We're not always going to see eye to eye on things and thats OK. The thing that I have really enjoyed here is how cool it is to see so many different people from different places with different opinions "come to the WS table" and toss it around and you know at the end of the day we all want the same thing here and thats to get to the truth and to get justice for Caylee. :)
 
It seems the 'truth' of the Lee allegations lies with Cindy... which is very unfortunate. Casey alleges she told Cindy and Cindy dismissed it when she was in middle school.

This puts Cindy in an awkward situation. Does she come forward and say that Casey came to her with allegations of sexual indecency and she dismissed them, therefore humiliating Lee in public. Or does she turn a blind eye to the sexual relationship - just as she is to Caylee being dead - and refuse to believe any of it ever happened?

I know I believe Casey in this instance.

I'm not convinced of it yet - a disclosure of this proportion to a guy that you've only been dating for 6-7 weeks? A relationship that by her own admission isn't yet certain. I just don't see it - trust is a huge issue for someone who has genuinely been sexually abused, especially when it comes to disclosing and who you chose to disclose to. Then I look at the context of the disclosure(s) and ask was there something to be gained at that particular time and by that particular person that she was disclosing to? IMO the answer is yes.
 
I am wondering if KC mentioned the sexual abuse for sympathy from the boyfriends since she said both LA and GA. Maybe they are going to use this theory to either get sympathy for her in the trial or to cast doubt on who could have killed Caylee so that KC won't be convicted. As a defense strategy it is a smart move. If they can get they jury to believe that someone could have killed Caylee, then KC could actually be found not guilty. LA may have been told to stay out of the picture for a while to cast suspicion, knowing there would not be evidence to convict him and trying to save KC. Just a theory.

OK, time for a brain check here. So far, most of us agree that if KC or Cindy's lips are moving, they are lying. Now, these allegations of abuse (made by KC) surface, and suddenly, KC is believable???:eek:

I wonder how many survivors of this kind of abuse decided to share that info with their latest "mark", so early in the relationship? As an authority on the subject, I feel safe in saying that KC made this up. She did so to garner sympathy from TL and JG. She was looking for a new place to live, a new soul to mooch off.

I once knew someone who was/is a pathological liar. If he told me the sky was blue, I'd find the nearest window and check it for myself.

Actually, I've decided that the ONLY thing I'll ever believe from KC (and probably Cin-Cin, too) is when she tells where the body is, and the body is recovered. Subject to proof by authorities, I will never believe anything any of them say. George....well, he's so whipped...maybe after Cin-Cin (Crazy Moe) passes on, he'll write a book. I'll apply the 50% truth discount, and maybe believe bits and pieces, subject to verification, of course.

There seems to be something amiss in the family dynamics and I will sit on the fence with this one. Thinking back to when Cindy talked about counseling for Casey I wonder who's idea it was to not go, for fear of what would come out. And we haven't seen what the "doctor" that visited Casey in jail got from her. There was that time early on where Casey would not let Lee visit her. This does not give Casey an excuse for Caylee's demise, but if true would explain some of her actions, I feel that she has been unstable for a long time.
 
Honestly at this point, I could very easily see a news report that Cindy and George have killed themselves. I see this as the end for them... I really do.

*not saying I wish that on them... just saying that I see it happening*

I wasn't going to post ths morning, but felt I needed to bring your atterntion to a potential problem that I see emerging here, since the release of the new docs--specifically Casey's claim that she was a victim of sexual abuse.

Please remember that nearly 1 in 4 (by statistics) of our fellow sleuths are also abuse survivors. In our attempts to understand Casey's twisted mind, it may be easy to paint with a wide brush. Let's all be careful of the kind people here (and others who may just be lurking/reading here) who are nothing like Casey Anthony.

Mods please delete if this is too OT.

It would not surprise me either, not that it would be the right thing to do,but George has stated publicly about suicide and Cindy seems very fragile.
 
Just crossed my mind,maybe it's absurd,maybe not.
Was just reading that e-mail of Cindy's,the link was posted earlier.

Could it be that Cindy suspects someone else in her family and therefor so protective of Casey?
 
KC's allegations in these latest set of doc's that she was abused either by her father/brother/mother to me is another lie to add to the pile. She wouldn't know how to tell the truth, first time, anytime. The two times she was urged to tell the truth, her attorney talked her out of it. Her legal representation is seriously incompetent and should be called on it. He doesn't even know the general rules of the court system. An embarassment in the legal system that should be seriously questionned by the bar for the shabby job he's doing in this case. Ted B. did a better job representing himself. By coaching KC to keep her mouth shut, he's leading her by the hand straight to death row. She could help herself by telling the truth at this point and he encourages her to remain quiet. Go figure. The writing is on the wall and the family is totally destroyed because of her lies. I do not believe a word about the incest or the abuse. KC was no victim. She is a spoiled wrotten brat that got away with anything and everything. She's a thief, a liar, a manipulative user and a murderer. This is what all that spoiling cultivated and the family is paying the price. She sits in that jail and pretends that she is in good hands by believing JB is going to take care of her best interests. Nothing could be further from the truth. He could literally be the death of her. If the A's want to do what they can to keep her from facing the ultimate sentence, they need to....first face the truth themselves and stop with the charade that Caylee is alive. They need to visit their daughter/sister to encourage her to tell the truth. It's her only salvation and January is coming up fast. I've never become so involved in a case like this and I've asked myself why that has happened. My answer is only that I am one of many that is "fed up" with these crimes happening to innocent babies like Caylee. Thank the Lord there are many many others that are feeling the same way in that regard. Caylee has started something in all of us so we can unite and find a voice to speak for Caylee and others like her.

With all that being said, I know her grandmother is cooking a turkey today trying to be as "normal" as possible with two empty places at the table. I will think of them today as I sit with my family but MY focus is still on Caylee and where she might be put to rest. I pray that the A's will listen to their hearts and do the right thing. Go to KC and ask her for the truth to end it all.

Welcome Lil'E,
I also made the TV Character connection (before these docs were released) I posted my thoughts in it's own thread but it was moved here http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74867&page=7&highlight=Character Post #158. I really think we could be on to something here. These names Casey used didn't just come from nowhere. I believe they are associated with something and this connection seems to fit.
