I'm so glad Padilla quashed the rumor that Tim Miller had been allowed access to the crime scene Thursday. I also enjoyed the grin on his face when he said the defense could complain all they wanted about not being allowed immediate access to a crime scene.
The defense always pretends to be worried about that - when really they just want to cast doubt on the Prosecution case.from what I read just the usual--defense wants everything and NOW---they want pics and such and are worried about the FBI destrying evidense....:twocents:
disagree, kc lied and stole and looked up everything before this time period.
I believe search on computer was in March........
Wouldn't that just be the "piece de resistance"? I just keep hoping her fingerprints are on the duct tape, preferably on the spot right over the mouthWouldn't it be interesting if she dropped her blackjack phone whilst disposing of the body? My cellphone falls out of my pocket occasionally when bending over or getting out of the car. If she lost hers out there and didn't realize it until later, she may have thought it too risky to be seen poking around out there looking for it.
My kids each had a special blankey which went with them everywhere. Maybe Caylee was buried with some kind of comfort item like a blankey or bear.

Then who told the LIE, C. Padilla or T Miller ? I personally saw TM on my TV and he plainly said he walked back there, talked to detectives and saw the indented grass. Who lied?
Worried about the FBI destroying evidence-UN-FRIGGEN-BELIEVABLE!!!:saythat:
I think you are right. I read the computer search for how to make chloroform, acetone, peroxide and shovel was on March 17, 2008, St. Patrick's Day.

What an id*ot for making that statement! FBI can't be trusted. Jose must not want a very good working relationship with anyone ever again- well except for the Hollywood fame-seekers. I think he believes this case is going to thrust him into national stardom, or something. And maybe it will.

"ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state confirmed Wednesday that clothing was also found in the trash bag full of a child's remains discovered near the Anthony home."
ETA...and here's something interesting in that same article....."One woman said off camera Wednesday that she was part of a Texas Equusearch team that scoured this area. She claims to have photographic evidence that proves the remains were not there when they searched. Investigators reviewed the photos and took her statement."
I read on another website though she had photos that proved the area was under water....there is a difference....Wonder what the truth is?
This article also states, "placed there soon after the SLAYING."
LOL! Let Baez keep spewing bravado! Casey will be convicted, the high profile lawyer (Baden) will go home, the forensic experts will go home. THEN Baez will have to be in Florida on his own having pizzed off LE AND the FBI! He is certainly not winning friends and influencing people!
Then Jose' will go back to defending drug dealers, prostitutes, and felony cases! Oh yes, there will be the occasional manslaughter case he will lose.
LOL, everything will quiet down for him when this case is over and he will have plenty of time to reflect and figure out why he is not liked!
