Oops, this comes before the one I posted above.

Police just fished a flat metal object from a hole at the front of Millard property and placed it in yellow bag. @CTVKitchener

Without seeing the form of the objects is difficult to say, but I think yours is a very good guess.

Depending on the size, when I heard flat and metal I thought of licence plate, i.e. stolen licence plate from a stolen mode of transportation.

Sorry, not sure what you mean. What makes you think they didn't see it?

You can tell if something's metal by the way light reflects off of it.

Another possibility is that it's something like a knife or machete, but they don't want to commit to being that specific. I think it's interesting that (so far) no pics came out of it. Going to double-check that.

MOO, but if there is running water on the farm, they would most likely have a septic tank. The 'hole' could also possibly be a well? JMO

Wonder if that large items wrapped in plastic which was carried out was some type of saw? Reporter and title of article does say farm equipment but maybe that's just an assumption. MOO. Glad to see LE are being thorough.

Police have been at the farm all week and say they will be there are long as they need to be. Earlier in the day, officers used chalk to mark off an area on a concrete slab near the barn.

At the Millard farm on Wednesday, police erected a blue tent at the rear of the barn. Brown suggested the tent was put up to protect something officers found.
