Only time I've seen that phrase was a in a tweet from one of the news stations... from TE.

I saw it in the same article as his mother's interview, but it was from Evans actually. So it is HER lawyer speaking I am guessing.

Evans sent Fox 17 this statement in regards to the latest spark in the Bobo investigation: "I want to take this opportunity to tell the Bobo family that my children and I are keeping them in our prayers. I have no information which could neither help or hinder in this investigation. Thank you."

My question now is this........are ZA and Amber Bray in the same jail since he was moved????? I swear this is beginning to read like my county.

Looks like AB is in Benton Cty and ZA is was transferred to 'unknown agency' from Decatur. Of course, Vinelink has me stymied, so I could be dead wrong. LOL.

Well, sadly, most of them probably will be on our dime as public defenders, and Zach's grandpa might chunk him under the bus at this point. I think I would.

Ok folks this stuff is all freakin boring to me. Drugs and alleged love triangle involving sisters resulting in aggravated assault by the guy. Sounds like a Maury show.

But seriously, why would they wait all that time to pick him up on the assault charges? He was already being held on drug charges, wasn't he? Am I missing something?

See my post above. They were looking for a way to keep him tied up. Drug charge in Benton County won't support high bail. The assault warrant comes along, and they have to get all the papers done for a search warrant, likely out of federal court. Takes days or longer when life 's not at stake. And we don't know when AB actually reported it. Feb. 6 is when it happened.
