*GRAPHIC WORDING*
The indictment - 5 pages dated 7/17 just released; Improper Influence, Class A Misdemeanor; Criminal Threatening, Class A Misdemeanor; Obstructing Government Administration.

It was disgusting. He's disgusting.

He's awful but I'm just so, so glad that he let AH go.

As sick as it is, I laugh at him now..... behind bars, calling people and threatening the prosecutor in phone calls...from the jail...that he knows are recorded... he is truly an idiot and a complete A - H O L E !!!!!!

Smh, what a tool. Piece of work alright. I can just see JY's reaction to that >.>

I was so worried he wouldn't get life in prison since he let her go. I'm so glad to see him digging his hole deeper and deeper! His craziness is clearly showing!

Let him keep digging his hole deeper and deeper. I hope he does continue to be ignorant, thinking he is so smart and defiant. And I hope he gets his A S S handed to him several times over while incarcerated..... Oh I can not wait until he goes to one of the New Hampshire State Prisons.... they will treat him so well there...... I can not WAIT...

Maybe when he gets there he'll threaten the guards, maybe the other inmates too lol

It is amazing how so many cases are so similar. He reminds me so much of Arron Lewis, the murderer of Bevelry Carter, the real estate agent. I think it is incredibly lucky that he let AH go. I hope she is doing well.

"Kibby pleaded not guilty on paper Tuesday to a new felony charge of improper influence and misdemeanor charges of criminal threatening and obstructing government administration."

These charges show the character and intent of a disgusting moron. I hope he goes to trial quickly on this one and sets the stage for the other 205 indictments.

In the beginning he was charged with kidnapping class B; RSA 633:1
http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/LXII/633/633-1.htm
because he released her, but the first indictment of the 205 is for kidnapping, class A;

Count Three "... he did not voluntarily release the female without serious bodily injury and in a safe place"
http://www.courts.state.nh.us/caseinfo/pdf/kibby/121714kibby-Group-1-Redacted-Indictments.pdf

She must have had "serious" injuries" and dropping her on North South Road at 10:00 pm in the dark is not a safe place since that is where she was abducted from in broad daylight.

SO no worries, now. He's been charged with the max. This new charge is from an incident that happened Dec 18. I wonder if he's done anything crazy since then, LOL

Thank you for your post! I have to admit you are my favorite websleuths poster. You always explain things it such away that is understood. Again thank you!

Well, all of those things make it a near certainty he'll never get out so at least there is that. It's hard to get a life sentence without a murder but this guy's racking up more years so that can give young A some peace, hopefully . Definitely might be a fireworks kind of trial to watch for those of you who plan to ;)

I've been away from this thread for a bit, but often think of the victim here and hope she is healing. A long road still needs to be travelled by her though, a very painful one. I'd never heard of the threatening phone call NK made to JY....and as awful as it is, kept thinking "Just keep talking.....just keep talking...." In the back of my mind the fact he let AH go makes me think will be his play for leniency.

"And Amanda Grady Sexton of the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence is calling on the court, media and advocates to figure out how to best protect the young victim during that trial.“This is the type of case that is something you've seen in a horror movie,” she said. “And so we've got till March to get this right.” http://www.unionleader.com/article/20150830/NEWS21/150839963#sthash.7Ou69ZwY.dpuf

"In the upcoming Kibby trial, it's not only protecting the identity of the victim that concerns Chapman. He also worries about what intensive coverage of what is expected to be graphic testimony will mean for the young girl in her community, where an intensive search was launched after she disappeared. “If you've got a lot of graphic reporting, it's not about some abstract person,” he said."
