Lol, no, it's normal! We've just been laughing about it because this summer, not only has my 13 year-old been capable of sleeping 12 plus hours straight (and through lunch), but he's been sleeping through our deck being rebuilt, right below his bedroom window. fftobed:

LOL. You are bringing back memories. My oldest is 23 now, but when he was in middle school I was not able to wake him up for school on monday mornings. My husband had to literally sit him up and shake him awake. It was like he was unconscious he slept so deeply.

I wonder how old CC's brother is? And was he sleeping in the home that night?

I am curious about this mother.

Celina has a brother and sister and all 3 have different last names. Are they step? Her mother's kids? This could be relevant if the mother tends to attract the "bully" kind of men. We don't know enough yet, but I would like to know the relationships to understand the family dynamic ... in these cases of young ones, the family has to be ruled out first, unfortunately... They take a lot of heat to get to the truth and it's not fair but it is a necessary evil for the truth to be told.

Oh for pete's sake! I was listening to "like a virgin" when I was a kid. It's just pop music, and I really don't think it has any relevance to why she is missing. Most kids like that kind of music...

Right before I read your post I thought of me as a 10 year old kid listening to "Like a Virgin" singing it and jumping on my bed... I had no clue what it meant at that age. (I just had a conversation about that with my 15 year old daughter the other day... and she thought I was nuts)

I also have a 10 year old daughter, she does listen to some of this music, not because I buy it for her, but because it's on the radio. I think if it has a good beat and it's catchy, they like it, and I know she doesn't understand what the songs mean..

I am hoping Celina is found safe!!!

When friends drop off missing persons Facebook pages, why would this be?

Whenever someone deletes their Facebook page, everyone that they were Facebook friends with has one less friend.

CC is a beautiful young girl, but I can't figure out why her mother didn't have her front tooth fixed.
I'm sure it had to do with money before she married SF, but if SF is retired from the AF, doesn't he
have medical/dental coverage for himself & family, step-kids included?

You're right. But if WE can see Celina's wall, and we're perfect strangers with Celina, then we can see ALL the posts that were made on her wall. That was my only point. Celina can block people, if she chooses, from being able to see her wall or she can block them from seeing her pictures, etc. But Celina has a public page. Even non-members can see everything on her page. We can see pictures, her wall, everything. I guess the point I was making is .... for arguements sake, MY Facebook page is set to private. You couldn't see anything if you went there except my name and my Avatar picture. But if I turned around and commented on Celina's wall, even though MY Facebook page is private, my post on Celina's wall would be visible to ALL. :seeya:

Under Facebook Privacy there is an option to "Who can see wall post by friends", Then "Friends Only, Only Me, Specific People, Everyone" So YES we can see HER wall, and what SHE is posting, but it is possible she has it to "Friends Only" so if anyone of her FRIENDS are writing on her wall, we will NOT see THAT part.

it's possible that the "dropped friend" on her FB was just a classmate whose parents just saw that they had a FB and immediately deleted b/c they are fearful of predators and don't want their child targeted. I would bet that all the parents in that small community are now on top of their children's online activities and deleting any online accounts their kids have. So i'm not really too suspicious of any dropped off friends from her FB. UNLESS it was the "friend" who was commenting on how she looked hot and other things like that.

Don't write off my comment because you haven't done your homework. You need to go to the facebook page, then look up lyrics. Start at the first "artist".

LOL... Umm... I'm sorry you don't know me, but some who do know me here know I've been a singer for years and sing most of these songs in my cover band. I sing every Lady GaGa and Katy Perry song on the radio and can tell you the lyrics one by one if you need. I also rap, and sing Nelly, Ne-Yo, 50-cent, Eminem and more....

I am also a Facebook "expert" for my day job and have been working in Internet marketing since the late 90s and the first thing I did was scour her facebook page... the artists she likes are the same artists of the little girls I sing for at high school events and bar and bat mitzvahs.

Yes, the lyrics can be raunchy and unclean, but the radio edits usually clean some of it up... but again, it's just lyrics.
When I was 11, I didn't understand the meaning of half the lyrics. I didn't care, I liked singing and like the music.

Really? Read the lyrics of some of these songs. And I'm talking about only some of these supposed "artists" not all of them. I'd be banned here if I printed the words in my post. No way especially should an 11 yr. old girl be listening to pornographic lyrics like that.

I agree with the *advertiser censored* lyrics not being for children as well but I know plenty of grown folks who listen and it's the beat, not the lyrics and at 11 it's not the lyrics it's the beat, it's fun dance music, nothing more...

Jmo on having 2 teens a 17 yr old boy and a 13 yr old girl. My dd listened to what her older brother did, just to be cool like him...

I am still really creeped out by her SF and want to know who his male friends that could have been familiar enough with the layout of his house and her room. Still think the SF is a good pace to start. I hope they have his computer.
