He's revisting her claim that Seth dominated in their relationship... that Kat said she was Seth's 'stockholm' as in Stockholm syndrome. He is also pointing out to her that the record shows she said that Kat complained to her that Seth was not able to satisfy her sexually.

"one of the things about Seth, Lex, is that once he starts talking you can’t get him to shut up... conversations tend to be one-sided and he goes off on tangents… its almost like a stream of consciousness… I don’t know if he’s ADD or not but its like talking to someone who has ADD.. He’ll go off on a thread, take a left and keep going like it’s the same conversation.'
