Ben Agati said he assaulted Harmony in that building.
The jury will then come back to Elm Street and travel north on Elm to Webster Street, out to DW Highway and then to the Burger King. The state wants the jury to note how many stoplights there are and what the road conditions are. Then, the tour will cut over to 59 West River Drive, the first stop where jurors will get out.
When they visit the Colonial Village apartments, Agati will tell the jury to look up at the apartment building and note the lights.
They will then travel to the intersection that the state says the Chrysler Sebring died. This is where the state says Harmony died. He will want the jury to note the businesses, the traffic and the number of people around.
A tow truck driver and gas station attendant will testify about this location during the trial.
One more address on the list includes 644 Union Street -- the apartment where prosecutors say Adam worked to reduce Harmony’s body with lime in a shower.
The other address is the former Portland Pie Company restaurant were Montgomery allegedly stored Harmony’s body in a walk-in freezer.

Legal analyst Patrica LaFrance said the decision could mean that Adam Montgomery might try to blame someone else for his daughter's death. She said the likely choice for that would be Kayla Montgomery, who is a star witness for the prosecution.
"I would guess that he will point the finger at Kayla Montgomery and say she was the one who did it and just basically use the logistics of he is alleged to have hit her while driving, right? So how could he do that?" LaFrance said.
She said such a strategy could require Montgomery to testify himself because his attorneys' opening statement isn't evidence.
"I would anticipate he would have to testify that it was Kayla who struck her, and she was distraught, and he had to handle the body," LaFrance said.
