Why is just the stepmother charged with welfare fraud and not the father?

She was the one who filed it and she was also the one collecting it, so she was the one commiting the fraud. Her father was busy living in a car with his new girlfriend as of late.

This is just sad! My heart breaks for little Harmony. I pray they find her alive and well, however it does not look like that as of right now.

It must be nice to live in a perfect, beautiful world where this happens. Unfortunately, we don’t. This negligence happens every single day. Harmony is not the first child to be left in an abusers care and forgotten about. Sadly, she won’t be the last. This is so heartbreaking.

Again, I do not believe the Manchester police officers who responded to 77 Gilford St. in October 2019 would have ignored an immediate threat to the safety of young children present. My opinion is based on experience with local police departments in New Hampshire.

I don't think so, he waived his arraignment yesterday. Unless his lawyer is going to ask for bail which I don't think they'd do within one day.
