Just days before Kelley's trial is set to begin a judge in Bernalillo County told lawyers, 'I’ll take a plea agreement anytime in this case if you guys get something worked out.” Next jury selection starts 1/7/19 and trial starts 1/8/19 unless plea deal is reached.

Three people were in the apartment when Victoria Martens died. Little Victoria was clearly abused by these monsters. What on earth could their defense possibly be?! All three of them should be tried, convicted and spend the rest of their lives in prison. Common sense should prevail!

Both the mother, Martens & friend Kelley have both plead guilty - so their sentencing dates on my notes above post #793 give their sentencing dates. On Gonzales - he's disputed the DNA evidence. And his lawyers have filed quite a bit of motions - so his is continuing. Plus Covid stopped most the hearings.

This is the strangest case! Why is it taking so long? I really don’t understand. Can someone explain this to me? I’m serious.

Three people were in the apartment when Victoria Martens died. Little Victoria was clearly abused by these monsters. What on earth could their defense possibly be?! All three of them should be tried, convicted and spend the rest of their lives in prison. Common sense should prevail!

IMO, LE didn’t do a good job at investigating. As a result, we’ll probably never know who killed poor Victoria.

I must have missed something in the news. If those two pleaded guilty, what did they say happened? What, exactly, were those monsters doing to the child? Who dismembered Victoria’s body, according to them?

These 2 will be testifying in Gonzales trial - so we "might" find out then....
