That is what I have read on twitter and other sites.
They are saying it can't be the same person.
Add that in with no CCTV footage of him and CT go wild!

From your link:
"in a press conference last night, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Undersheriff Kevin McMahill noted:

“There was a question about the validity of the crime scene photos that somebody had leaked. I can confirm those are, in fact, photos from inside of the room; they are in fact photos of our suspect, and as the sheriff mentioned previously, we have all opened up an internal investigation to determine the source of the leaks of those photos to the public.”

I knew he had confirmed.. but I was not sure which images he was confirming.. I could see his eyes very clearly.. now that image is missing

I'm very worried about where the brother is at this time.
He was kicked out of the nursing facility and if he walks around naked, he is NOT restricted to a wheel chair like his lawyer said.

Who paid his bail?
Where is he now?

'Employees at the Four Season's nursing home watched Bruce 'like a hawk' as he displayed erratic behavior during his three month-long stay."
"The resident revealed Bruce often wandered onto the premises of the facility 'naked'."

"Paddock was brought into court in a wheelchair"
"There’s nowhere he’s going to be able to go anyway,” said the attorney, Mearl Lottman."

I think his public defender meant he couldn't take off and go anywhere else, away from the assisted living facility.

From your LA Times link including preceding paragraph:
"Paddock was brought into court in a wheelchair, with his shoulders hunched and his hands cuffed and clasped in front of him. His public defender urged the judge to release him back to the assisted living facility where he was arrested with an ankle monitor, saying Paddock was in severe pain and needed medical care after four back surgeries.

“There’s nowhere he’s going to be able to go anyway,” said the attorney, Mearl Lottman."

He was kicked out of The Four Seasons assisted living facility after breaking in OCTOBER 30TH!

Bruce Paddock, the brother of Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock, is banned from a nursing home in California after he reportedly screamed at and threatened the staff there -- including at least one threat to kill.

According to the docs, the most recent incident occurred on October 30, when Bruce snuck in to the facility late at night and barricaded himself in a room.*http://m.tmz.com/#2017/11/02/bruce-paddock-vegas-shooter-brother-restraining-order-threatened-kill/

Hmmm, well I don't know. This report suggests he couldn't have been released on bail before Nov 3rd.

"The judge did not grant Paddock his immediate release and said she would need five days to go over the request, saying she’d hold a bail review hearing on Nov. 3. Paddock shook his head in response to the judge’s decision."

Okay. But civil lawsuits filed over for negligence by victims are way different than criminal court cases. When SP filed the $100k negligence suit against the Cosmopolitan, it only cost him $270 in court fees.

The issue behind the negligence lawsuits is could've MB prevented the tragedy from occurring.

Even if MBs negligence is upheld by the courts, that's still not the same as MB or any one person being held directly responsible for SPs actions. Companies carry liability insurance, claims get paid, a standard cost of business in today's world. So for MB employees to engage in deceit and deception, a criminal offence that seriously impedes an investigation involving death and injury, just to protect a company seems a little over the top to me.

Follow the money. Contributions from the hotel for political reasons.

He got out somehow, before October 30 and IMO he is a dangerous man.

"One incident occurred as recently as Monday, after Paddock — who was*arrested last week for child *advertiser censored**— allegedly broke into the assisted living facility and barricaded himself in a room."
"Paddock has been ordered by a judge to stay at least 100 yards away of the assisted living center and three of its employees, TMZ reports."
"Don’t f–k with me and tell your nurses not to f–k with me because I’m the one that hurts people,” he said."
"He is apparently out on bail after being charged with possession of child *advertiser censored* on Oct. 25."

i dont care about him in the slightest.. just hoping somebody checked his alibi for weekend of the shooting..
If he wasn't stir crazy before the shooting, he most likely is now..and no doubt he's not too crazy that he wont be able to find a gun if he needs it..

The genetics load the gun, and psychology aim it, and experiences pull the trigger, typically,” Clemente said.
Sorry text keeps getting mixed up..
Who was looking for fBI profiler recently?

TMZ is the source....

Too many inconsistencies with LA based media imo. Look at the vague wording inserted here and there.

LATImes reported that BPs public defender asked that he be released on bail back to the assisted living centre but TMZ says he "allegedly broke into the assisted living facility". Allegedly? And why this as well "Paddock has been ordered by a judge to stay at least 100 yards away of the assisted living center and three of its employees, TMZ reports."

They say he's "apparently out on bail"? Apparently? If TMZs story is true there's no "apparently" about it.

I hadn't seen that one. It is far more graphic than the first one that isn't as up close.
However it still doesn't appear he "blew his head off" so I'm thinking there is still plenty of brain matter.

I was looking at the Heavy.com image from damage perspective.. it appeared as though there were 2 different stains, one a heavily coagulated mix of venous and arterial. but it looked as though another seepage had occurred or maybeit was a stain on the carpet.
Did you by any chance see an image showing face, possibly taken from directly above and the eyes are clear?

Interestingly Bruce waa interviewed for 4 1/2 hours by an FBI profiler.
He is definitely rattled now!

"The revelations came as Paddock’s brother Bruce told NBC News he had been questioned twice by the FBI, including a four-and-a-half hour grilling by a profiler.

"Bruce Paddock also speculated that financial difficulties may have driven his brother over the edge, although no evidence has surfaced thus far to buttress that claim."
http://www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/national/article176522691.html
"Another of Stephen’s brothers, Bruce Paddock of California,*told NBC Newshe hadn’t spoken to his brother in about 10 years, but that he was a relaxed, “never-in-a-hurry” type of guy who never did anything violent."

“I don't know how he could stoop to this low point, hurting someone else,” Bruce said."

"Reportedly, Bruce would rig his various homes with booby traps - which included tying propane tanks to the doors and would use cameras to create a homemade surveillance system."

"TMZ previously reported that Bruce lives a 'nomadic life' and has a long criminal history including convictions for petty theft and vandalism.*"

"The account is similar to how his brother, Stephen, had cameras set up in his Mandalay Bay hotel room to check if someone was coming as he fired on the music festival crowd from his window."

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5027635/Vegas-shooter-s-brother-avoided-cops-years.html

"He said he had stuff to make explosives,” Cruz said. “He’s just a crazy guy. He was getting money from his mother and leaching off the government. He was extremely intelligent, but he was just trash."

It sounds like Bruce and Stephen Paddock have a lot in common with the dad they didn't know!

-2015 ARTICLE ON CASINO SECURITY

“The AMOUNT OF LUGGAGE that goes through most casinos in one day is cause for alarm. How easy it would be for a terrorist to leave an IED concealed in a piece of baggage and just simply walk away?

Some casinos have bomb sniffing dogs that walk throughout the property. Others do not.

Why is it that the security force in some casinos has been cut so low that it is far below the industry standard?

These vulnerabilities are going to be exploited by a terrorist cell or by a lone wolf attacker, it is just a matter of time. Are the casino owners waiting for a tragedy to occur before they take security seriously? Before they start allocating funds for anything they should look at their security force first.

***The majority of security personnel in Las Vegas casinos are inexperienced, untrained, unarmed and incapable of handling an armed assault on their property***

Should such an attack occur the body count would be immense by the time police responded. Every second that goes by will result in more bodies hitting the ground.

The fact is that a casino dishwasher makes more money than a casino security officer on most properties.

That says a lot about the security industry not only in Las Vegas but across this country. It is just a matter of time before we have terrorist attacks in casinos, shopping malls and other public arenas in this country.

At some point in the future the private security industry in this country will have a major overhaul. Security officers will have to have a certain level of education, attend an academy which will have the same level of training as you would get in a police academy”
