What the hell is going on here? More shocks to come?
More from link:
The coroner also confirmed that 1 October shooter Stephen Paddock killed himself but autopsy results may provide a glimpse into the motive behind his senseless actions.

Today, Judge Timothy Williams will hear arguments for and against releasing the coroner documents. Depending on his decision, documents may be released as soon as this week.

[emoji146] Kittythehare, thanks for working so hard to bring us all the reports, conflicting or not. [emoji146]

I'm very curious what that glimpse into motive alluded to by the coroner might be and what component of the autopsy might reveal that glimpse. Toxicology? Brain physiology/ neurology? I am eagerly awaiting that report.

They probably are gonna report they found the I am the sole shooter gene!!!

From your link:

Haig says he sold Paddock 720 rounds of ammunition from Haig's home gun business.

"I couldn't detect anything wrong with this guy," he said. "He told me exactly what he wanted. I handed him a box with the ammunition in it, and he paid me and he left."

The rounds he sold are called "tracer ammunition" – bullets that leave a visible trail when fired.

"He said he was going to go put on a light show. And I can't remember whether he said for or with his friends, but that's what he did say," Haig said.*

I dont think any of this is gonna mean mcuh

it will say shot

I wish some family systems would have a private ones so trajectory stuff can be explored

https://www.azcentral.com/story/new...ammunition-las-vegas-mass-shooter/1081168001/

Douglas Haig, 55, said he had met Paddock at gun shows and sold him tracer ammunition, which are bullets or cannon-caliber projectiles that burn brightly when they are fired and as a result help the shooter aim."I was horrified," he told The Arizona Republic, describing his emotions after learning of the Oct. 1 shooting near the Mandalay Bay.

"I have some very strong feelings. In fact, it was enough to make me not want to do the business anymore," Haig said. "Because I couldn't tell that this guy had evil in him."

!!! 'cos you can tell from telephone sales!!!

"I refuse to sell to people that I don't trust or a get a bad vibe off of,'' Haig told The Republic.
He reiterated that selling tracer ammunition in the state of Arizona is legal.
"It really starts to get me upset when I heard what he did," he added. "I think about it every day. Every day."

He's holding a presser on Friday, btw-Haig declined to comment further. He said that he had scheduled a news conference on Friday at his attorney's office and would have more to say then.

So this conflicts with the now infamous Newsweek scoop!!

what is that?

I was thinking similarly about the adjoining suite and if they indeed knew it was him prior to “engaging the suspect”.

How long would it take to find out whoever the guest is in that room? Not long. So let’s suppose they quickly received the return info on identifying who the assigned guest is ‘Steven Paddock’ . I would imagine that becomes subjective among those (MB-FBI-LVMP) that knew him? Is he a bad guy, etc? These are just running thoughts at the end of a long day...nothing more.

I don’t recall knowing about bullets to his legs? How does that add up?

If we go with the notion that this was a major operation gone wrong all these questions are answered.

They cops hotel knew what Paccokc was a narc -- and operations , again , were being run this time out of that particular room

not releasing the guy who sold him some bullets is just such BS in both Holmes and Omar we had interviews with the sellers in a couple of days- not months later

lets just add this to the long list of keeping as much secret as possible

cause that what has been happening since the morning of the event

Question...when Eric picked up SP`s remains would he have also received the coroners report or is that a separate request?

Wounds. Nothing to indicate they were from bullets.

What stuff can we come up with the back of our calves being wounded

kickleed while or stomped on ??

gets weirder and weirer

If Lombardo tries to say he was walking around the room backwards and bumped it some stuff ...............................................

back of calves are pretty hard to do much to

very strange

a couch bit him??

Visualize trying to hurt the back of your calves --- wtf!

54 towels from a dude who in his depo for the fall lawsuit boasts about walking around dirty in sweatpants everywhere and refusing maid service a couple of times while being a germaphobe --yeh right !

Paddock was laying on top of a rifle. Oi Vey now they have machine guns standing up and getting comfortable on a dead dudes ankle and smiling for the "crime scene" photo !!

spent ammunition throughout the living area,--not one"crmine scene" photo shows ammunition anywhere but in a nice little pile in the corner

if one just inserts the word "inept cover-up" everything falls right into place

And the wise old Sheriff encouraged them to publish, if they had the name...he cannot pretend he didn't know about that!

The LA times article mentions that there was nothing particularly striking about the unsealed warrants..
so what was the reason for sealing them?

They needed time to pull the silly report together -- it was not put out cause we are dealing with an elected official who has been oozzing transparency all along!

They were caught off guard by the data dumps and then had to spin it that in the interest of transparency have prepared this reports that sinks faster than the titanic did

All the records will be released, however the names of the victims will not be in their reports

makes no sense all the names have been released for ages - why hide them now??

A coroner is not the same thing as a medical examiner

Both a coroner and a medical examiner perform forensic death investigations—examinations into the circumstances of any death that is sudden, unexpected or violent.

THE CRUCIAL DIFFERENCE IS THIS:
A CORONER IS AN ADMINISTRATOR OR ****A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER**** and a medical examiner is a doctor. A medical examiner is a forensic pathologist, a physician with specialized training in death investigation. In a medical examiner's office, a doctor called the chief medical examiner is in charge of both the death investigation and overseeing the autopsies performed by other doctors. CONSIDER whether the office calls itself a "Coroner" or "Medical Examiner.” The terms aren’t interchangeable.

Forensic pathologists are doctors, ***NOT POLICE OFFICERS and are not in the business of COVERING UP FOR ANYONE***. While they may rely on good relationships with the police department in order to get the information they need to do their job, they are committed to doing that job properly, for very good reasons—if they do not, they will either lose that job, or ruin their relationship with their own boss (the Coroner or medical examiner) in order to please an outside agency (the POLICE).

***Do not confuse cause and manner of death***

Cause of death is the disease or the injury that killed the person: heart disease, appendicitis, stab wound, etc. Manner of death is a classification of the cause of death that is separated into five categories: natural (for disease), accident, suicide, homicide or undetermined. It is incorrect to say "the cause of death was natural" or "a motor vehicle accident" because that means you are conflating cause and manner. It would be better to write "the manner of death was natural" or that "death was caused by trauma from the motor vehicle accident."

Cariis I know you have already reported that the Coroner for SP was an elected official. I am just following with this info that seems to explain the difference. In this case, it matters.

“Who is most qualified to perform an autopsy?”

American Board of Pathology (ABP) certified forensic pathologists are the most fully qualified experts for providing autopsy services. They are physicians who perform autopsies routinely and are specially trained to recognize the anatomic changes brought about by disease and sequelae of injury.

American Forensics' pathologists are board certified by the American Board of Pathology in anatomic, clinical, forensic, and/or neuropathology. All have performed thousands of autopsy examinations and are EXPERIENCED IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL COURT ****TESTIMONY****

Have we seen the search warrant on this one? That is very interesting. The only thing I can think of, is perhaps SWAT had inserted a small camera under the suite door to look inside the suite to assess the situation before attempting their breech, and in doing so they saw Paddock kill himself. Problem with this is I don't think there is line of site from the front door to where Paddock was found laying. Could they have been looking through the window with a drone?

Good question and it did occur to me when I was listening. Dispatcher indicates she is calling Bellagio. Then she says "negative" based on Bellagio security. Quick, but not impossible.

Question remains who was reporting the shots in the first place? Was it from LE or a scared civilian?

moo

pay attn to the call ins called in by trained people

not the reports of" ones

those are the ones that i remember off hand

Thoughts on the "injury" to the back of the calves, any thoughts? I seem to recall this being mentioned very early on after the shooting, or something about an injury. They only thing I could think of is perhaps when he shot himself he fell and landed on the one rifle. The report said one was found under his legs. I wouldn't think that would leave a noticeable wound, but who knows. I assume this rifle is the one seen on top of his legs in the photo. Why would they move it? Perhaps just to make sure it was unloaded and safe.

Good thought but I have doubts about any use of drones for fear of them being ratted out. Just my opinion.

Not sure on line of sight. He appeared to be on the far turning right side, versus a straight line shot from the door?

Didn’t they tell us that in the preliminary autopsy there was no abnormality?
