I agree with you sherryk I don't think it was planned because of the messy attempt at a cover up, or lack thereof. Along with your questions...yes, what would the owners do once they returned to a bunch of hardened cement in their living room? Surely they would wonder why 2 of their closets were sealed up with insulation foam? And what was the point of that anyway...to disguise the smell? They didn't think the foam would look suspicious? Why dispose of the "tools" in another closet...why not just get rid of them? I really don't get it. They must have known that it was only a matter of time before they were caught??

IMO cutting the legs and the fact that she was a dancer is coincidental. In the report it states that the first tub she was in was bulging out (obviously she didn't fit) and eventually leaking, so I think the next logical thing seemed that they would cut her up and put her in 2 tubs. And I really think he probably got the "idea" from watching Dexter...cause that's exactly what he does in the show...cuts them up with a saw and puts them in black plastic bags and dumps them into the ocean.

From the arrest report, I'm surprised he fessed up. Basically admitting to it saying it wasn't premeditated and just happened and that the roommate just helped him after the fact. From a defense standpoint they could have tried to pin it on the roommate, no?

To be able to just go on living your life after having done something like that is just deplorable. Totally disgusting.

They probably thought they would have time to clean, straighten and take her body somewhere else while they doing the deed, but later surmised he/they would be under the surveillance of LE and couldn't return to the house.

Their reasoning for the roommate not to be involved, because if I'm correct, he could be charged with her murder also, just because he was present when it happened...whether he strangled her or not. He'll definitely be facing charges of some sort. Either way, I wouldn't want him around the child if I was the mother.

Bizarre case, and yes, the world they live in or want to belong to is quite different than ours.

(1) Did LE promise Louis he would not be arrested or prosecuted if he told LE what happened? Can he be charged with something else? He cannot be let out of any cupability!

(2) Interesting that Louis said he had nothing to do with the planning of Deborah's murder--sounds like it was indeed planned then, but by Griffith.

(3) Is Louis saying his daughter was at the home when Griffith choked Deborah? I so hope I'm reading that wrong. Please let me be reading that wrong.

Absolutely!! JG told LE if was a "heat of the moment" type argument. I find that very hard to believe especially given the fact that he lured her there. It also makes it a lot less likely that the roommate wasn't involved in the murder seeing how she was lured there and that seems planned. JMO.

I just think he was TOO stupid....he pays for the UHaul with his credit card, doesn't think that rental vehicles have GPS on them, buys his supplies at Home Depot and doesn't think LE would be checking up on his purchases!! Also his story that Debbie came to his house on Dec. 12th but never exited her car makes no sense to me. Why would you go to someone's home and have a chat with them and not exit your car?? Most people who take the time to drive to someone's house are going in. Duh!!

Never did understand why she was involved with him. Obviously she could have had her pick of men. I can only assume she was attracted to "bad boys". So very sad.

I just read the arrest report again. His ex girlfriend MC said he sent her a text on December 7th or 8th asking where he could buy a gun. He couldn't buy one because of his domestic violence conviction. So he wants to buy a gun on the 7th or 8th and 4 or 5 days later he accidently kills Debbie in a "heat of the moment thing". It seems very unlikely that this murder wasn't planned.IMO.

Yes, in addition Debbie and Blu had an altercation the night she went to visit. Blu's room mate had to pull blu off of her and griffith had his hands around her neck. The room mate made sure everything was ok before he left. Upon the roommates return he discovered her dead. This tells me Blu had time to think about what he was doing and continued doing what he wanted to do by killing her. I think there was pre-meditation. JMO

The coroner says Flores Narvaez died as a result of compression to her neck.

I think they go back because when it comes to matters of the heart common sense flies right out the window.They project how they want it to be rather than how it really is, a false sense of security.If they could only step away and look at it in a different light."That it will not get any better."regardless of what they do or say".And some women are attracted to the drama of it and it becomes an addiction only in their mind

to hear.They are usually energetic and fun.They want you to give everything to them,money,gifts,rides,bail money.Then one day you need

something from them and they don't come around.The taker is absent.He has jumped ship and then you become enraged "How could he do

this to me" I gave him all I had.Then he slowly comes back and even nicer this time to start the cycle all over again.

But remember he gives just enough to keep you coming back for more...except you don't see it coming because by then your blindsided.

My heart absolutely aches for Celeste. Watching this video was very painful. I can't even imagine what she has been through.

Celeste Flores Narvaez told The Associated Press seeing Griffith in court offered little satisfaction.

She sat impatiently in the courtroom before Griffith appeared, sharing details about her sister's funeral in a measured voice. She said she will likely return to the family's native Puerto Rico with her sister's body on Monday.

The family will hold two memorials for Debora Flores Narvaez this week in Las Vegas, including a public ceremony Friday at the "Fantasy" show at the Luxor hotel and casino, where the dancer performed.
