The roommate is identified as Louis Colombo. He should be charged. Maybe not with the actual murder, but for plenty else. The woman who refused to let them hide the remains at her apartment said she didn't call police right away because she was afraid of Louis. Sounds like a real charmer.

Agree. Fairy do have a link or was this just on the telly? TIA

So the roommate pulled JG off of her and she was fine, then comes back later and helps in trying to dispose of the body......multiple times; but wasn't present when she was actually murdered. Right..... don't believe it. He'll be arrested.

This body disposal took days!!! ???? OMG.

They finally took the body to a home in downtown Las Vegas where the body was stored first in a single tub, then dismembered days later and stored in two separate concrete-filled tubs, the arrest report says. The roommate was at the scene when Griffith allegedly cut up the body with a saw, the report says.

I wonder why the woman was afraid of Louis; the murderer was Jason, that's who she should have feared.

I do hope Louis is charged with something. He was alone with the body on several occasions. He could have called LE while he drove the truck with the tubs and Jason followed in his car. Surely there is something Louis can be charged with ... he helped a criminal transport a dismembered body for days.

What a disgusting crime.

OMG! This is horrific crime. I was following from the start and believed that the BF was responsible, and now to hear that his roommate helped! Is unbeleivable. AND that someone else (a friend) was actually told what was in the tubs...
They all need to be in prison for a very long time. There is no excuse for not going to police immediately!!! Afraid or not - we all have a civil responsibility. And as far as the BF - he NEEDS the death penalty! Do we really want someone like this back on the streets with our children in 20 years?!?!
(Sorry for the rant, it never ceases to amaze me on how some people can perform such vile and ludicrous acts on other human beings - it's simply animalistic!)

Investigators believe the ex-boyfriend of slain Las Vegas dancer and former NFL cheerleader Deborah "Debbie" Flores-Narvaez used the Showtime drama "Dexter" to entice her to his home before her brutal murder, the Las Vegas Metro Police Department told TMZ on Monday.

it is interesting how television shows can affect people like this.

Animals wouldn't behave in this manner!! I can't comprehend either how several people can be involved in one way or another, and no one has enough of a conscious to report it to LE. :banghead: MOO

I posted it earlier - it's on the previous page (post #466) and includes the arrest report.

Thanks Fairy, I just missed your previous post and read the arrest record.
Wow. Lies and BS galore, imo.

I think there are many lies being told in this case and hence LE thinking the case is complicated. Everyone covering their behinds and apparently rightfully afraid. Who were the people out of the country...residence where her body was placed?

I think we are seeing much more of this in news of people not coming forward because perps aren't prosecuted...just slaps on the wrists or a minimum sentence because of a plea deal. The people who snitched are now in harms way or have to move, change jobs, their whole lives. And again, this is Vegas. "What happens in Vegas............"

Isn't this a probable motive for JG killing her....her testifying?

Absolutely!! JG told LE if was a "heat of the moment" type argument. I find that very hard to believe especially given the fact that he lured her there. It also makes it a lot less likely that the roommate wasn't involved in the murder seeing how she was lured there and that seems planned. JMO.

Must be me tonight. I can't find a LC in Vegas, nor an addy of Bonanaz Way, but an East Bonanza Rd.

For those who missed it a couple pages back. Here is the direct link to the arrest report with a full detail of what went down. 9 pages worth.

WOW!

In regards to the roommate...in the arrest report it alleges that the roommate had to leave to take his child back to her mother's house and was going to pick up his girlfriend. While he was gone he received a text from BG that said not to bring the girlfriend back to the apartment. When roommate got there BG showed him Debbie's body and said "I f*cked up."

As if my heart wasn't already breaking.
I spent the day yesterday until the wee hours this morning, vigil at my own sister's hospital bedside.
And now this.

Clicked on the 'Missing/Located' Forum when I first walked in the door this morning.....never, ever anticipating seeing those red letters on Deborah's topic.
I 'knew'....right after she went missing, I knew, but no way did I want to say it out loud because then it might happen.
But seeing the red letters 'Deceased' was like a punch in the gut.

Many, many Thanks to all of you for the links....really helpful so that I could get caught up.

...Amity-I'm sorry for what you're are going through where your sister is concerned. I'll say a prayer for God to give you STRENGTH!

~~PEACE & COMFORT~~ to Debbie and her family. They are surely going to need it!

From the arrest report:

Colombo agreed to tell detectives what happened if he would not be arrested or prosecuted on the condition he did not have anything to do with the murder of Deborah Flores-Narvaez or any part in the planning of her murder. Colombo told detecxtives he felt partially responsible because on the night this happened, Flores-Narvaez came over to the house ... and became involved in a physical confrontation with Griffith. He said that duirng the argument between Griffith and Flores-Narvaez, he had to pull Griffith off of Flores-Narvaez because Griffith was choking her with his hands around her neck. [Louis] said he made sure everthing was okay before leaving the house at about 2020 hrs., to take his daughter to her mother's house.

(1) Did LE promise Louis he would not be arrested or prosecuted if he told LE what happened? Can he be charged with something else? He cannot be let out of any cupability!

(2) Interesting that Louis said he had nothing to do with the planning of Deborah's murder--sounds like it was indeed planned then, but by Griffith.

(3) Is Louis saying his daughter was at the home when Griffith choked Deborah? I so hope I'm reading that wrong. Please let me be reading that wrong.

Iin the arrest report Dipstick is still blaming Debbie---He thought she had a gun, she made me do it. she attacked me first. I hope they fry him!!!!!!!!
I just sick of these guys blaming the victim!!!!!

how sick and horrific people have become these days. A life is taken so easy. The fact that so many bodies are dismembered is disturbing. I can barley watch a horror film, I can not imagine the horrible scene it must be to dismember a body. The lack of human decency to take apart a body. The tub was leaking? The extent and time it took to re-do the tubs and cement and then just to leave the original tub in the living room?

What about when the homeowners returned? Were they going to leave the tubs in the closest for months or years?

I do not think the entire thing was planned out due to it was a very, very messy plan as to what to do with the body. To attempt to take to a friends home to store, I wonder for how long?

They or he (BG) would of been better off filling with concrete and dumping off into a lake or water.

What a horrible and sick thing to have happen. They ways that a criminal is going to try and cover the fact is really disturbing latley, alot of body dismemberment and burning going on.

I can sorta understand a crime of passion - these two had a volatile relationship it seems. But for him to cut off the legs of a dancer; a woman he once loved??? It's beyond disturbing. It's utterly grotesque. Whether it was premeditated or not, he deserves the DP, as far as I'm concerned.

WHY, WHY, WHY did she go to his place that night? Did he lure her there? If he did, that does show premeditation, IMO.

I agree with you sherryk I don't think it was planned because of the messy attempt at a cover up, or lack thereof. Along with your questions...yes, what would the owners do once they returned to a bunch of hardened cement in their living room? Surely they would wonder why 2 of their closets were sealed up with insulation foam? And what was the point of that anyway...to disguise the smell? They didn't think the foam would look suspicious? Why dispose of the "tools" in another closet...why not just get rid of them? I really don't get it. They must have known that it was only a matter of time before they were caught??

IMO cutting the legs and the fact that she was a dancer is coincidental. In the report it states that the first tub she was in was bulging out (obviously she didn't fit) and eventually leaking, so I think the next logical thing seemed that they would cut her up and put her in 2 tubs. And I really think he probably got the "idea" from watching Dexter...cause that's exactly what he does in the show...cuts them up with a saw and puts them in black plastic bags and dumps them into the ocean.

From the arrest report, I'm surprised he fessed up. Basically admitting to it saying it wasn't premeditated and just happened and that the roommate just helped him after the fact. From a defense standpoint they could have tried to pin it on the roommate, no?

To be able to just go on living your life after having done something like that is just deplorable. Totally disgusting.

I can't believe has this story has evolved. They watched Dexter and then dismembered the body? What world do they live in or better yet what kind of drugs are they on? I can watch Dexter, not that I care too and I would not do that to someone.I live in this world and not a fantasy one.Everyone that was involved with this horrible crime should be booked and no bail. They are all so ugly and immature and will not survive in jail !

How does a beautiful, artistic, educated women like Deborah get involved with this bunch of
thugs.Someone please explain
