I searched and found 3 in Indiana. Only one lives in Elko and he's 41. This is his LinkedIn, which jibes with his employment listed on his Facebook.

And the photo matches perfectly.

He worked for that company in Elko, but he was now living in Fallon. I'm not sure if they even have operations there.

So if he's working at all, it's not on his LinkedIn (Elko is over 3 hours away).

I don't have LinkedIn but from your link I see there is also a Troy Driver who works/worked for DISH in South Lake Tahoe. Could that also be him, maybe from an earlier time in his life?

I almost wrote that it seemed unlikely there would be two men with that name in such proximity to each other, but then I remembered that when I lived in a town of only about a thousand people (ironically not so very far from Reno) I learned I was the third person there with my not-especially-common name.

I did see on his FB page he has a connection with someone in Willits. 17 in 1997 would make him 41-42 now.
