Yes, I agree the neighbors probably have more credibility. It's possible the neighbors are also mixed up with EN and/or the Meyers in unsavory ways, and if such relationships should come to light, I would give them less credibility. But at least for now, the neighbors get more credibility.



I could be mistaken, but what I got from the police report was that the friends told police EN had shown them his gun and his ammo. The police then showed them a 9mm, a .40, and a .45, and they pointed to the .45 and said "that's what he had." I did not get the impression that they identified by name 9mm, .40 and .45 and told police EN had .45 ammo.



Yeah, I don't buy that either. I can't picture EN telling his friends "So then I called a friend who owns a 4-door silver Audi to come pick me up."

But: That could be an artifact of the police having information that they haven't made public. I could see it going something like this:

Police: Did EN tell you who he called to come pick him up?
Friend: Yes, he said he called Badass Billy Jones.

Then the police check and learn that Badass Billy Jones owns a silver 4-door Audi. And they don't want Badass Billy's name out in public just yet, so they put in their report that the friends told them that EN called a friend who owns a 4-door Audi to pick him up.

That's speculation, of course, but I think it's plausible.





Good questions. I think there's probably a lot of physical evidence that the police haven't released yet. I hope guns, ammo, clothing, gunshot residue and the like are among that evidence.

I saw "somewhere" (possibly in the warrant) that EN named the friend. I am thinking the friend's name is Adam, not sure. At any rate, if they identified the friend, like you said, and they know what vehicle he owns, then no, the friends would not have had to be told what type of car that person drives.

Could be, but he has to know he's been caught on tape, and that there is a good chance EN will rat him out.

I was thinking last night about EN calling this person to come get him because he thought people were out to get him. His story makes it sound like he was really trying to get away - but why? Was he really that paranoid? Or did he see them with a gun? I don't know what the truth is, but if any of this is the truth -I wonder if it was person driving the Audi decision to go after the Meyers, and not EN's. I am not saying that EN is innocent in all this, because obviously he is not. I am just wondering exactly what happened after he got picked up at the park. Sounds to me that he had the gun on him at the park, although I am not sure if he used it there. There is no mention of him going home to get it, right?

When EN's friend, Chris, I believe, said he wasn't at the recording studio (like EN said he was that night), Chris said he picked him up at the Casino and dropped him off at the park. Then, IIRC, EN said someone was after him and called his friend who drove the Audi to come get him, my problem with this is, the park is not far from his house so why wait to get picked up instead of running home???? EN must have known who that green Buick belonged to since it was the Meyers and they live really close to each other.

LOL, I'm a little hesitant to drive on their actually street because it's so small and I would feel like a looky loo.. I posted a video some pages back that shows their street and I noticed a few marks on the street. Maybe I'll go by again tomorrow on my way to the gym and hopefully I'll build up my courage and actually drive on their SMALL street.. lol

When I looked at the pictures and videos that showed the cul-de-sac, it appeared that there was little to no actual front yard and that the driveway sort of took up the front yard area and was close to the street. Since you have seen it in person, would you say that is an accurate assumption?

That would be relevant to me because if family members were running either to or from the green car to the house, there would not be a great distance between the front door and where their car would be parked. Also relevant would be the distance between the silver car aiming toward anyone that was in the driveway, near the front door or the green car and vice versa.

I am just trying to get a visual because where I live our homes tend to be set further back from the street with longer driveways that are usually to the side of the house. The driveways in the Meyers' neighborhood appeared to be in almost parallel to the house.

Do we know if the grandparents actually live with the Meyers family? I certainly understand giving them privacy, keeping them out of the public eye, etc but find it odd that Bob does not describe THEM saying anything ( however inaccurate! ) about the night Tammy was shot. Leading me to believe they were not there.

While the arrest of Nowsch was going on another 19/20 year old man was arrested a block away for allegedly pulling a gun on a neighbor a block away from Nowsch & the Meyer house. The neighbor and J****y J*******r (who is a friend of Nowsch's) got into an argument in front of Nowsch's house during the police stand off. J*******r left the scene as did the neighbor and a few minutes later drove by the neighbor's house threatening the neighbor and his child with a gun. The neighbor, Stan S***g has been very vocal about Nowsch being bad news. J*******r was arrested. He looks VERY similar to the police sketch.

Im not seeing a resemblance. The audi driver had short spiky blond hair IIRC? And JJ's hair is brown and appears to be shoulder length or longer.
On an unrelated note... heavens!!! Does everyone in that whole neighborhood carry guns???

People with long hair do wear it in a pony tail sometimes, which could look like short hair. There is a resemblance. Does anybody know if Jongepier been released? Seems like that whole neighborhood is full of hot headed, gun toting folks.

it is in previous thread.....the MSM video of interview with EN's friend....right after the video where he said, "EN couldn't have shot that girl" etc. he was threatened by J - he brandished gun and was arrested.

J***** J******** drives a white 2 door Nissan 240. Youtuber posted a video of him 'drifting' his car. Drifting = sliding around in parking lots, roads etc.

This Stan neighbor was the friend in court with RM on Monday.

They were probably the only familiar faces in the courtroom. Even though Stan said TM has a pill addiction, RM probably views him as someone who wants EN convicted as much as RM wants it.

This reminds me of something I've been meaning to post. RM does much talking. What's interesting is what he's NOT saying. He hasn't publicly denounced the claim his wife was addicted to prescription drugs and buying drugs from EN.
