For those working on the lists--one thing I've noticed is, some "Hispanic" sounding surnames are actually men whose description states that they are "Caucasian." So you might want to check them, anyway, just to be sure.

As a DBA / Application Developer would I be of any assistance providing a central database / webpage list view where names can be pre-loaded and marked when ruled out? Not sure how you all are able to reference a current list? Anyone have thoughts off an app that would help make this easier. I could build something generally quick.

Right now we are working with a rudimentary alphabetical list (which was last posted in post #1502). I am posting the entire list approx every 100 posts (you can see them in the "tags" at the bottom of the page listed as "alpha post #", the most recent being the highest number.

LEO have been working off of this list so far. I am not sure how they have their system set up - but the good news is Detective Mike Marty (user name mmarty) will be live on radio today at 8pm EST (5pm PST). - See Tricia's post with the link upthread today about Websleuths True Crime Radio.

Thank you everyone. I haven't been feeling well the last few days so I havn't been on WS, but something told me to hop on here tonight because I was thinking about this poor guy cause I've been following this from the start, and really love that there are 2 detectives so devoted to getting this man his name back, and so I read over some of what i've been missing and felt like I should try my millionth search for this hawk shirt, not expecting much...but then...there it was! I think it may have been mentioned that there may have been a mistake with the shoes stated as Standia. Stadia was a popular athletic shoe. Looking on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtWw9DYwxwk They stated at the end of the commercial that "Stadia" were only available at Kinney Shoes stores. Interesting to see if we can get a store locator for the company around 1992. Also with the underwear marked "Mervyn's" Interesting to know that almost 65% of their stores were in CA and TX around that time.
