BBM. That got me thinking - why would I ever put dirty underwear in my bag instead of pitching them if I didn't want to wear them? One reason I can think of is to use them as evidence.

JMO.

I think you are giving these two shlubs too much credit.

One day I was out with a friend. She was driving and her phone rang. She asked me to get her phone from her bag and when i did, a pair of underwear fell out!! LOL. I almost barfed. So she explained that her and her hubs went out the night before and got hot and heavy in the car. She threw her panties in her bag...not wanting to "dirty" them.

Yup. You read it here!

have not had a chance to go through all this yet but does anyone know ...Have they released the video yet and if so does anyone know where you can see it....?

No video released. Not even photos.

Agree. But i think she was drunk and possibly urinated a little on her panties and decided to remove them. Because when you got to go. Then you got to go. So you crotch in a dark spot while drunk and urinate. Jmo.

There is not a shot in hell that the NYPD would let either of these two off the hook IF they suspect they had anything to do with her death (other than supplying the drugs). And this Pepsi dude...not sure if they have located him, but, I would say he is in a crapload of trouble. IMO

And by the way, just because there has not been an arrest, doesn't mean this is over. If a crime was commited, the NYPD can handle it.

Not trying to be rude but no, the NYPD doesn't really care, it's not like Olivia from SVU. I was knocked out, dragged up to my apt and raped two blocks from there where I lived in Chelsea and they did a CSI type deal and never heard from them again and every time I called I got the run around. So no, trust me, it's not a "no shot in hell" deal at all. Especially if they don't have concrete evidence they just want the case to go away.

And if I 'tinkled' on my panties popping a squat or whatever I know for a fact I would put wet soiled underware into purse, she lived in a million dollar house and had a long train or taxi ride home no reason to keep those c'mon

Can toxicology tests indicate immediate use of drugs versus long term use?

Perhaps in long term use the drugs would be found in more extensive parts of the body... For instance tissue, nails, hair, etc...

Just wondering since the doctor friend said he was not ware of KC being involved in drugs...

this may be a moot point... As she could have hidden drug use from select people...

:waitasec:

If they wanted to see for how long she had been using, they could analyze her hair. And since she had very long hair, that could provide results of her potential drug use over years.

We will agree to disagree. I have been here my entire life. Lived through a lot. I stand by the NYPD.

I am sorry for what you have gone through. That is truly horrific.

Ask me about the time a pair of underwear* fell in my lap when I flipped the visor while driving. Erm, nevermind. Don't. ;)

I'm just idly considering possibilities, not really coming up with theories.

*They were clean!

Star88. I'm speechless. And I'm also sorry that this happened to you. And you are right. In NY city. They simply write reports and move on. But SVU makes people think that NY cops actually solves rapes.

They don't. I'm a New Yorker as well since the 70s until 1999. So I know what you mean.

But I'm still very sorry for what you went through. Much love here my friend. Hopefully someone will be outted for what they did. Or they may already be dead.

I'm sorry. But glad that you are on here with friends.

High-flying doctor and mother-of-three died from 'acute alcohol and cocaine poisoning' after being dumped unconscious in an NYC apartment doorway on night out with HBO producer

Kiersten Cerveny, 38, found dead in Manhattan doorway earlier this month

She and The Deuce producer friend Marc Henry Johnson, 50, had partied

Johnson and suspected drug dealer dragged the mother of three's body downstairs at 8.30am, but left when emergency workers arrived

Medical examiners confirmed that cocaine and alcohol led to the death

From above link:

"Police say that they do not expect to make any arrests in the case, though an NYPD spokesman said that the investigation in ongoing"

I thought it was against the law to use cocaine.

Are the two men saying that she was the only one using it?

Some reports say they "dragged" her down the stairs, then left and that another person just passing by called 911. Those reports say that this 3rd person later called the hospital to find out her condition.

If that is true then I guess it is okay to use half-dead friends as door stops, then run.

Maybe the cocaine made them act irrationally? If that is the excuse then why aren't they charged with using an illegal drug?

The story does not make sense to me.

Even if they don't charge Sideshow Bob with anything although he dumped his friend at a door, Pepsi is a dealer. They can't charge him with the coke they found in his apartment? C'mon, NYPD. You're better than this.

I don't think they found any coke in the apartment. Even if there was anything in the apartment to begin with, obviously there was lots of time to get rid of it.

You're right; I misread this article.

http://nypost.com/2015/10/19/doctor-found-in-doorway-died-from-cocaine-and-alcohol-binge-autopsy/

Holder, 60, disappeared after the incident. Authorities found numerous plastic zipper bags used to package narcotics in his apartment, sources said.

I think there lies the problem. I have plastic zipper bags in my home (as I am sure do a lot of people), but I don't use them to package narcotics. This dude can always argue he had bags for legit purposes. So if dude hasn't been caught red handed, how could he be charged?
