Found Deceased NY - Jennifer Ramsaran, 36, Chenango County, 11 Dec 2012 - # 4

If its true that GR didn't notice her hair being different - maybe it was because she was wearing a winter hat when she said goodbye? I'd like to know that too. As in, IF she was wearing a hat, what did it look like?

Not that I expect anyone here to have the answers....I'm just thinking out loud.

Actually... It seems like GR was/is the one who found this change so dramatic that he was compelled to alert LE at the very beginning of the investigation...

additionally... JR supposedly got her hair done the Friday before the Tuesday she disappeared... But GR found hair clippings and dye around JR's sink the night of the morning she went missing...

Another discrepancy to put on the list started above... BTW....

What are everyone's biggest red flags concerning this case?

Just wondering if we brainstorm if we'll hit on something new...

Me:
Unbroken phone then found by GR, him not calling LE immediately but going by himself to get it alone
The sauna that just so happened to have a state trooper in it
Being cold while running
The televised interviews & comments made to the Daily Star regarding the kids not missing their mom and her unhealthy weight loss that he was so proud of.
Not calling LostNMissing or any missing persons agency for a month
The affair
Comments made about Jennifer's father not wanting to contact LE or the media
Protesting searches
Calling police about lingerie
The likes/dislikes list he gave LostNMissing
Hunting season ending right before Jen went missing

You?

Saying the she would "Never EVER leave me of the kids" and now eluding that that's a strong likelihood

Not passing out flyers from the get-go

Not allowing himself to be interviewed until 7 weeks after Jennifer's disappearance

Using Jennifer's name in the past tense

Not offering a reward

Not pushing for a billboard until public pressure became too much

Not purchasing newspaper space for her flyer

Desperate attempts to shut people up

Even more desperately spending an inordinate amount of time and effort in identifying people who are trying to help Jennifer's cause

Continuing to see his mistress

Not hiring his own private detective

Scheduling a booze and music fueled party

I agree with all of the above as red flags, and will add:

-- "finding" her wedding rings in her jewelry box

-- only discovering the missing clothing/lingerie, the prepaid credit card receipt, and the still-in-package lingerie RIGHT AFTER the searches were called off. after 5 weeks of supposedly not entering her bedroom.

-- having a PR person viciously attack and threaten anyone who is out to find Jennifer and out to find the TRUTH

-- his 6-month affair ending right before Jennifer going missing

-- the mud on the van!

They were separated over the summer.
She moved back in the beginning of December.
I don't know if they're separated right now, though.

Now this is awfully coincidental...could be just me. Did someone need an alibi? Have a change of heart, it could be nothing but could be something as well. Especially depending on their status now. H,m......:waitasec:

irrevelant "facts" posted whilst important ones ( shoes, jewelry, gloves, purse, glasses) omitted

went to buy daughter's dress for concert- yet gone before concert

no pleading for safe return & blaming the victim

no mention of husband physically searching

experienced runner was running in clothes inappropriate for weather

no exact time window of disappearance- no narrowing of area in which she "disappeared" from

no use of financial accounts & social media by Jennifer

no release of van back to husband

husband has not been cleared

no request to search in area, statewide or nation wide

Christmas is favorite holiday

her biggest fear is "losing family in accident" yet she is missing

ordinary life changes & habits described as negatives

husband has passwords for all of her personal accounts & changes made to FB

iphone app could not locate/track iphone then many hours later app suddenly locates Jen's iphone

medication missing? medical issues- yet no "silver" alert

no notices, announcements, statements from IBM, parents, in-laws, siblings

specific amount of money mentioned: $500.00; yet had/has access to much more + bank & credit cards

I had asked on a previous thread and I don't know if it was ever answered?

Is it known if JR ever utilized the computers at public libraries? If she did, that activity would not show on the phone or home computer, if 'alias' accounts were set up
for example - there are 2 at
3 Court Street
Norwich, NY 13815

and 3320 New York 8, South New Berlin, NY


Oh let me add, when I used to work in a library, if you didn't have a library card- you could still get on a computer if you showed identification...we had numerous tourists/visitors that would stop to use our computers...and we were required to keep logs

I don't know about the library but my husband is also in IT and he said that unless someone physically harmed the computer drives (he used fire and smashing them as examples), if they had been manipulated to try and hide anything that the information is there. Somewhere. Forensics will find it.

Also, a convenient way to take a shower somewhere other than your house if there was mud or anything else he didn't want in his house or drains.

Did JR belong to any groups/clubs? Did she have any outside of the home interests?

Not to speak specifically about the children, but did she take any of them to any extracuricular activities?

I am trying to think of any opportunities she may have had to meet other people, outside of any 'friends' from FB

phone records logged at apple, service provider

Google saves everything, so does facebook

Games require an User ID- time, date and activity, logged in/out is saved by site

Some of that depends on how it's backed up. You'd need separate warrants for all of them.

I personally think that GR only went into the Y to get himself caught on the cctv cameras. Added bonus that the State Trooper just happened to be there at the same time. IMO

I am sure LE computer experts have executed the proper warrants and know exactly how things are backed up; they are professionals. Many people are unaware just how much personal tracking info is saved and by whom. I was shamelessly bragging that info was provided (without charge, LOL) by my son.
