Ok, I must apologize, I've been so consumed with Dylan, I've failed to be very active here.

So.... from the article, they don't have her cellphone records? How is that possible?

I have trouble believing LE is telling the truth about this. How can it take months to get phone records? Maybe they do not want it known they have them?

TBH, I'm still trying to catch up so I don't know the ins and out of LE involved in this case so far. But, surely they can't think people are dumb enough to believe they are still waiting on cell records can they? I mean we've seen the silence from LE in Dylan's case, so who knows? So, nosebleed huh?

LE has said almost nothing, really. The article posted today, I think, is one of the more interesting and informative to date, really, but it did not come directly from LE. The husband has been all over the place, claiming she ran off, she had "changed" etc. other times saying the opposite. IMO, he is not looking too good about now, and I think he has been in their crosshairs all along.

Ok. So she doesn't believe JR made it to the mall. Fair enough. Neither do most people around here. So why solicit funds for a billboard that will be put up in Syracuse by 03/04/13? Why not act on the FREE billboards that were offered LOCALLY?

IMO if the organization was one supporting the victim, no matter how they went missing, they would be including every article available to make sure all info given to the media covered. It is however my opinion that the focus is too much on one family member & not the victim. While I understand supporting the family, if it conflicts with supporting your victim I don't see how that continues. What am I missing?

Btw I know LD didnt like victim but I'm sorry IMO those that go missing are all considered victims. Calling them anything else is doing them & their case a disservice. Once recovered (or evidence states otherwise) you can deem them otherwise. (Survivor, missing on own intent, etc)

Cannot fathom, since it took this long to publicly divulge a supposed one-time extramarital sexual encounter which was fueled by alcohol, why GR would publicly divulge now that LE told him, during obviously intense interrogations, that a quantity of blood was found in Jennifer's vehicle.

Most know that LE can lie all they like during interrogations.

Why even mention this to the public before LE does?

The only thing I can come up with is maybe to steer the attention away from ES .... don't imagine she would be too thrilled about the tryst being confirmed to the public.

JR's family has the contact information for the billboards, but haven't acted on it yet. We have permission to go ahead with a different billboard, a large one about a mile from where her car was found, so we're working on that, as it doesn't require the family to do the leg work for it. There's a cost to it ($327) though, so we're working on that without having to request funding for it publicly, because Lord knows how that worked last time...

What's telling, IMO, is that the family hasn't acted on the two billboards that require them (as family) to get the ball rolling. FEAR.

Reasons why they're being quiet. And I agree that he's been in their crosshairs all along and will continue to be.

I don't think it is a good policy for a Missing Persons org. to take as fact what a family member of a victim says, especially when family member is painting victim in a negative light.
