Not sure if I'm replying correctly, but I'm giving it a try. Thanks for making me feel welcome, everyone. Right from the beginning, I found it odd that he "found" the phone-after he had contacted the police and gotten them involved. I would think he would have used that app to find the phone before calling them when he was so frantic about Jennifer not being home on time, but certainly not the next day. At that point, everything he did should have been with/through authorities because (not knowing where she was or what could have happened to her) he would not want to risk destroying evidence by dealing with it himself or even risk making himself look suspicious, being that he was the husband and would be the first person to look into. It makes no logical sense. Upon viewing their photos on FB, I got the same impression as many here have...that he seemed to be the center of attention, posed, "fake" and she seemed sad. When I read in the paper that their home was being searched, I thought nothing of it. It seemed an obvious thing to happen to me. Once it was put out there that she might have run off with someone she met online, I thought it sounded unlikely, but in this day and age, a fairly reasonable possibility...except that she's a mom and my gut feeling told me no, she wouldn't have done that. I didn't follow things too closely after that really until I read online about there being a search that was called off (which I thought was odd, but maybe there was a good, unknown reason for it). Then I started following more of what was going on, found out about the 2 FB pages (odd!!!), began discussing things with a few others, found this site and have been viewing for a couple of weeks (I think it's been that long) now. I really, really find it odd that the local news hasn't put more out there...especially while she was missing. I get the feeling that they and a lot of people around here just bought into their runaway theory, so that may very well be the reason for that. When I first read the post about Jennifer's likes/dislikes/eating habits/etc I found that extremely odd, and I wasn't even sure why. I guess it seemed more like a profile one would fill out about themselves rather than important personality/character traits that would be more important and/or noticeable in searching for someone who's missing. All of the theories I've read here are good possibilities. I try to make myself keep an open mind at this point, that anyone could have been involved, but everything I see or hear pertaining to this makes him look questionable to me. I tend to think it's highly likely he is involved with her death and I have even wondered (perhaps someone else thought of this earlier) if perhaps he might have gone with her to "the mall", something happened along the way, etc, etc. As far as I know, we only have his word on what either of them planned to do that morning. I hope that we find out more from officials soon.
