The safe thing is bugging me also. What could have been in there? They can't hush the whole world. There will be leaks. Their silence is creating an insatiable curiosity in many people.
Fingerprints? Dilion's story included that Comunale was trying to leave when he was stabbed. I have read all nice things about his character, nice guy. When they were all out, were Dilion and GM talking their guy/friend James, making fun of his lifestyle and set up with Comunale. With the safe, is it possible, Dilion and GM were stealing from James? From a combination of events, Comunale said buds you guys are thieves and I want nothing to do with this, I am leaving and this set forth a killing.
Another theory is Dilion knows some drugs are kept in there and ratted this out in hopes it will hang all further on his semi buddy, James.
The entire story and case has changed from the beginning, multiple times. I think it is probably stranger than fiction and this is why they are having a hard time solving it. I do not always trust eyewitness testimony. If a tenant only knows another from simply passing and nothing else, seeing a guy from a
distance taking off in a garage in their car, their brain may automatically register it as the guy who is always driving the car. Unless the hair was completely different, platinum blonde, goth guy, older gray haired...
Since the beginning the story has changed 3 times from detailed descriptions of what went on.
First James was out with them all night and was partying with them in apartment all morning///now James was not out with them and did not party with them and the girls.
It was printed as fact in beginning, James clothes had blood all over them, and some blood in apartment (very little blood to the eye in apartment) and blood in garbage///Now blood is not on James clothes, but found on Gemma's clothes and the significance of amount of blood found in apartment changes depending on story. The initial police recollection was very little unless you knew to look for it.
First reported the murder occurred because Comunale spurned James advances///now James killed Comunale over cigarettes.
The charges were changed and dropped and bond changed and dropped, and then a new suspect brought in all of a sudden.
Of course with a history burglary, Jame's bond will be more and for the fact it occurred at his residence, if not for this he would have had the same bond as the others. I do believe his being in jail may help him more than hurt him because if he is truly innocent, it gives him more time face to face to give his story and give them a feeling of whether he is telling the truth.
Even if I am very wrong with my own theory and gut feeling, I hope the true facts come out. I worry because Gemma's dad was a former attorney for years and mayor of New Jersey, there will be a
WHOLE LOT what ifs when it comes to fairness of equal justice and no cover ups (evidence spoiling or placing evidence to charge the poor kid from Florida with no father because he has had a restraining order on his father for many years) for the prominent son of a former mayor. You can get a feel of the family feeling better than and more entitled than others by incredibly asking the judge to let their son go on vacation to London with the family over the holidays and gasped and upset when denied this. The judge was like excuse me, a kid is dead here with blood on your sons shirt and your placing more importance on the boys need and entitlement for a vacation.
I know many will not agree with me and I understand, but this is my gut feeling. I think this is a stranger than fiction story and from the beginning it was just thought, it is the James kid no doubt.
