I'm still trying to figure out his eyes, but the more I look, the more creeped out I get!

I don't know, the bright spots over his eyes don't seem like normal glass or glasses at all. They look detached from his face and on his hood

Eyes creep me out too but why the bright white spots for eyes? Glasses? Googles? Night vision things? Flashlight eyeglasses?
I can see the similarities in the video you posted and the most recent suspect. Thanks for posting HG!Glare proofing maybe, but to cover his eyes and not be recognized. Let's say it was this guy, and he saw himself in the video, his eyes would be too telling, thus the glasses? The video of the recent suspect is just upthread for com

This can't be a human.....he looks like an alien from who knows where. He's got to be possessed! But, he looks a lot like the guy in the video posted above....without the weird eyes. CREEPY!
Makes sense! Now I will stop thinking this was an alien that landed =)Here is a review for a surveillance system. It describes the quality of footage. This is just an EXAMPLE. I don't know what camera was actually used.
The camera itself cannot pan, tilt, or zoom, but it does have some built-in sensors and does include a form of night vision. Most home security cameras use IR night vision. This is probably what you think of when you think of night vision. It's the type of night vision that turns everything black and white and makes eyes creepy and glowy. Blink's night vision uses an LED illuminator and advanced low-light performance

The night vision makes sense now. Because in the video the hoodie looks grey, gloves look white. In this article, they note he was wearing a black zip up hoodie and black gloves.
"The assailant, who has a medium complexion, is about 25 years old and 5-foot-10 with a medium build, cops said. He was last seen wearing a black Champion hooded sweatshirt with a “C” logo, blue jeans, gray Timberland boots and black gloves."

Also....I can not stop thinking how this perp had many scabs on his lips. He either has herpes or someone bit him...which brings me back to KV case. The broken teeth of this girl too.....sigh.

(Don't mean to veer off from KV, but just hoping her attacker strikes again sadly, so that he can get caught this time)

Looking for more information on this one!Yes!!! Similar build. Even has a tiny bit of hunch. Wish we could see his stride. Excellent catch, IMO!
I think the quality of the surveillance is just poor and has this creepy affect.
