is it taking FOR EVER for this Medical Examiner to make a report???????
To Kill a Mockingbird - The unforgettable novel of a childhood in a sleepy Southern town and the crisis of conscience that rocked it, To Kill A Mockingbird became both an instant bestseller and a critical success when it was first published in 1960. It went on to win the Pulitzer Prize in 1961 and was later made into an Academy Award-winning film, also a classic.
Through their father's work (Atticus) as a lawyer, Scout and Jem begin to learn of the racism and evil prevalent in their town, and mature painfully and quickly as they are exposed to it.
I call myself To Kill a Mockingbird because its my favorite book - because of a brilliant mind and lawyer named Atticus Finch. We need Atticus now more than ever in this case filled with racism, and dare I say it - evil. HOPEFULLY Mari's lawyer - will be a clone of one of the finest lawyers who ever was represented in print - and in film - the great Atticus Finch.
IMHO, there is a racist element to this case. The possible racist component to this case is what, in part, grabbed my attention because I am a person of color.
