GUILTY NY - Sarah Goode, 21, Medford, 6 June 2014 #1

Another case that might be of interest is the murder of Sarah Strobel, 23 years old, who was found murdered 8 months ago (Oct 3rd, 2013) her body was found 150 feet into Froehlich Farm Nature Preserve in Huntington (Long Island), which is ca 25 miles n/w of Medford.

No new info on her case, since Oct 4, 2013, no cause of death, no info on what she did prior to her body was found. no suspect, no NOTHING!

The only thing I, so far, has found in common between Sarah Goode and Sarah Strobel, except for, same first name, aprox. age, brown eyes, long dark hair, kind of location where body was found (Short distance into wooden area) No height/weight on Sarah Strobel to be found, is that:

SS worked at Meehan's Irish Pub Huntington, New York (in her FB "About")
SG has an Irish sweater on in one of her Instaggr (ca 4 months ago link below)

IMO These two cases have no connection. I followed SS' case and know someone who knew her. Where she was found was not really "woods", but, rather a trail where peoople walk and walk dogs regularly.

Thanks, I will take some time to read over this. At this, anything is possible. Seems as if these 19-21 year olds are into a very hard lifestyle which could have them interacting with a certain group of people.

Sarah got blocked calls late at night. Sarah believed someone was snooping around her house. Someone told her, I know where you live. Your on a dead end street. I wish she had called the police. This is so disturbing.

I am not saying it wasn't a wooded area. It is. But it is a regularly walked trail. There is a dog area, too. Where SG was found was not a regularly used area for hiking or walking.

I am starting to think the same thing...maybe he moved and obviously he can't still use thee beach location. I feel very strongly that their is something to these "house parties" in Shirley/Mastic that is connected like I said a possible drug den with they all get their stuff from.

IMVHO this isn't a LISK situation. In all honesty, unless this unsub has diverted from what we have seen, it's not at all something that would involve him. LISK is probably way too old to be someone at a party someone this young would be at. It would be SO WEIRD to have someone that much older and there would be no way that others there would not have noted the weird older guy.

Whatever happened to SG, and I don't for a second believe that this is an overdose and hiding the body situation, it involved people that she was with that night or people on the fringes of that same group of friends.

Whatever these young people did to her, for whatever reason is reprehensible and I am absolutely SHOCKED that no one has come forward. There are people who know what happened to Sarah. They know. I sincerely hope that LE knows too. Sarah's family and her daughter deserve to have an arrest made and justice in the works. These people know this, I don't know why they're not coming forward.

It looks like she was stalked. Time will tell if she knew the person or not. I hope LE is simply waiting for forensics and cell phone information to come together. I think people are tired of LE on LI coming up empty with so many of their cases.

I think I have a possible theory for that after looking at the map using street view where her body was found. I remember watching channel 12 news a couple of days ago and they were at the scene. I remember the reporter mentioning that her body was found about a 100 yards in. I tried using street view on the map and comparing it to where the reporter was standing. I had no such luck in finding the spot. I am wondering if she was found anywhere close to that trail that runs back there.

If you look at street view you will notice that there is a small hill where the trail first starts. It looks a bit too high to have her car drive over it, but if you look to the right, there looks to be enough room to drive around it. The trail itself looks more than large enough to drive her car on it. Maybe the killer/s drove her car onto the trail. I can see how her flip-flops could have stayed on if her body didn't have to be moved all that far.




Not sure why it seems to be so important to you to discount that the locations the two Sarah's bodies were found are similar ?

Its possible that people did come forward. Or were forthcoming when talking to police. Im sure interviews were conducted. Im curious about when LE will make their move. It sounds like she was stalked. That equals premeditation.

As far as I know, there is, so far, no evidence whatsoever that says that the killer had to have been at the party, and/or been with Sarah and her friends that night at the party, the killer could be totally unrelated to those friends of Sarah, and I think just that.

The two dumping grounds are not similar. Where SS was located is a maintained and regularly walked/hiked preserve with trails. Where SG was found is not an "official" preserve with no maintained trails. Rather, local young people go there to hang out and do...well, what they do.

Like I said, I am moving on.

One of the guys in the new group said" she is relevant because after hanging out with someone for two weeks you get to know them well" Maybe she was not being followed that night by who she thought it was when she made that twitter statement. I am sure she was in fact being followed but maybe she was wrong about who was following her so the cops found those parties to be cleared.

What do you think the deal is with the new group calling hanging out together Family time and all those people's and friends twitter talk about how they would never turn on their family and the FAM...don't gangs talk like that...maybe it was an initiation into the family that got out of control by mistake and that's why no one is talking

It's a term used - here in Chicago- interchangeable with "my bro" "my b!itches" and "my crew". The whole Twitter group reek of wanna be thugs, pseudo gangsters, but that's just my opinion. I believe they use it as a crew/group term, but I don't think they toe the line of any gang initiation rituals...I think they just like to sound tough on Twitter.

Beth was known under the name Kira Dejesus and her boyfriend Jose died 2 weeks earlier which was not covered...Sarah was not Latin but it seemed like all her new friends were.
