Goode's family said her phone goes straight to voicemail. She lives with her mother and daughter in Medford and works as a medical technician in Patchogue.

Goode is described as being about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds. She has long brown hair, brown eyes and a flower tattoo on one foot. Authorities released a photo of her (above).

At a news conference Monday afternoon, the missing woman’s sister pleaded for help finding her loved one.

Suffolk County police said Goode's car, a 1999 BMW 328i, was then found somewhere in the Medford area "under suspicious circumstances" and that it is now "being safeguarded by police." Police declined to provide additional details on where the car was recovered or what led them to believe the situation is suspicious.

Suffolk County police say Sarah Goode, the mother of a 4-year-old girl, was last seen late Friday night, when she was out with friends in Shirley.

Her 1999 BMW was found about a mile from her home, parked on the street. Police say it is unusual that it was found there, but did not elaborate on what, if any evidence of her disappearance, was found inside.

Officers are searching the woods near where the car was found.

Authorities said Goode recently broke up with her boyfriend. However, they said they are not currently seeking a person of interest, WCBS 880 Long Island Bureau Chief Mike Xirinachs reported.

There were apparent signs of a struggle inside Goode’s unoccupied BMW, which police towed away – leaving the neighborhood fraught with anxiety...

One witness also said there appeared to be blood in Goode’s vehicle.

Top story on the 6pm news ch 4. Interviewed older sister. Sarah is the youngest of 9 fom a very close family. She has her own little 4 yr old daughter.Recently broke up with bf, but no POI. Car was found about a mile from her home. According to this report, there was nothing found in the car that seemed suspicious or indicating foul play. She was last seen by friends at 1am. Neighbors said the car was there most of the weekend and the license plates were bent inward as to hide plate number. Because of this, authorities first thought it was a stolen vehicle,which of course we now know was not.

These are the stories that I, and I am sure the rest hate to hear about. Praying this sweet girl is found safely.

Ok, the latest news report has changed. The report at 6 on ch 4 had said nothing was found in car, but now they are saying a sign of struggle and possible blood. This is upsetting and not liking this latest news.
