How long before the parents of that kid sue the anthony's?

why would they sue? it's not like they are accusing the child of anything and the photo was not taken for the purpose of posting on kiddie *advertiser censored* sites, etc.

however, i do think it is wrong that the media released the photo, knowing full well that it was not Caylee.

maybe the parents of the child should sue the media!

Please bear in mind, neither the A's nor the individuals taking the photographs -- as despicable as they might be -- are responsible for having them shown on national television. Only the producers can make that decision. I sent an e-mail to the NG show last night. It won't make a difference, but it calmed my anger a bit after seeing the little girl's picture shown repeatedly during the program.

wow, nice attitudes on this thread.

Yes, but I have been referring to the PRECEDENT being set by this case. How many times must i say that? Not to mention, I don't know what the response time is like where you are, but here, our average police response for anything is about 2 hours. Not exaggerating.

OMG- I think i'd have to move, what if somebody broke into your home?! The cops wouldn't come for 2 hours?!

Holy knickers in a wad: Baltimore's WJLA (NBC) just ran a bit on the pic possibly being Caylee... it said that the Anthonys are wanting the little girl's family to contact them via their website. Thankfully, WJLA blurred out the child's face.

WHY in god's name do they want the little girl's family to CONTACT them?? Are they going to ask for shared custody or something??! They are SOOOO unbelievable!

It's more the fact that the A's know this child is not CAylee, because Caylee is deceased. It's maddening that these people are exploiting innocent children in thier quest to cover up their daughter's crime. These are not people innocently looking for a missing child, these people are putting these poor children's pictures out in the media as part of a caculated plan. This would be alot different if it were truly a missing child case, and these people actually thought this girl is Caylee. Yes, it is stalking, and whomever did it needs to be charged with something. The media needs to boycott the a's and quit publishing BS.

I have to sign something yearly to give my permission for my daughter's school to use her image in thier newsletters. I don't see how this is any different. This photo was not posted in public domain.

I suspect they probably have never cared about anyone but themselves they just are no longer afraid for others to know it.

I think you are right. Sometimes I wonder if they even realize HOW MUCH they show their disregard for others. (not that they care anymore as you said)

Time to think like an A here...
If the parents never contact them, they can hang on to the thought that the little girl is Caylee and blame LE for not looking into the lead.

Yeah, I can see actually see them thinking that. But the only people the parents should be contacting is the police to file a complaint! Damn.

The A's are insanely creepy.

If they broke in and were still there when you got home it would be about 2 hours. If you got home and had been broken into, good luck getting them to come out the same day.
It's really bad.

My son is 14 years old and I would still be pissed if I saw his picture on the news had I not given them permission to do so. They have no right. What if we were running from an abusive husband/father and he saw my son on the news, ya know? A person has a right to privacy and it's wrong they just put pictures up like that on TV.

Wow, that is very scary. I hope you have a gun, woman! :blowkiss:

They want the parents to contact them? WTH?I swear if the parents do it, I will need to be admitted to a pretty padded room. The picture issue is one thing, this is completely different.
Please, please, please, parents of young brunette girl, do not, I repeat do not, allow your child to become a thing that the anthony's can use.
If you want my guess, it's so they can get the phone number of the girls house and then get the address to call in a Caylee sighting to the FBI or any agency that is still willing to listen.
Creepy.

You know, when it comes to kiddie *advertiser censored*, it's not their face I am worried about. And somehow we went from national news to kiddie *advertiser censored*. I am now confused.

How would you like this to happen to your child and the police or FBI show up at YOUR door demanding to see the child and access to ALL your personal information?

You would have to provide birth certificates, your information. etc. They would have run NCIC on everyone in your family before they came to your door most likely.

Would you appreciate all of this intrusion into your privacy, not to mention scaring your kids to death? I wouldn't and I would sue the heck out of them.

I wouldn't appreciate it, but since I have nothing to hide, it would not upset me.
