I guess Samantha got 3 years. SENTENCING ENTRY TO PRISON FILED. DEFT CAME WITH COUNSEL. THE COURT FINDS THAT ON 2-24-22, DEFT, UPON PLEAS OF NOT GUILTY, HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY BY A DULY IMPANELED JURY AND CONVICTED, OF THE FOLLOWING CHARGE IN THE INDICTMENT, UNDER COUNT SEVEN OF THE INDICTMENT, TO WIT: ENDANGERING CHILDREN, R.C. 2919.22(A)(E), F-3. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT FOR THE OFFENSE AS CHARGED UNDER COUNT SEVEN, DEFT SERVE A TERM OF THIRTY SIX (36) MONTHS IN PRISON, OF WHICH ZERO (0) MONTHS IS A MANDATORY TERM. I know! They dismissed all charges except endangering children. Unbelievable!3 years??!! For 2 counts of murder & 2 counts involuntary manslaughter??!!

Per Brantley's grandfather:Friday, March 25th:
*Sentencing Hearing (@ 1:30pm ET) – OH – Brantley Santiago (3 yrs) (April, 2018, Orwell) – for *Beverly J. Santiago (35/now 38) “mom” indicted (11/28/18), charged (12/4/18) & arraigned (12/6/18) with 1 count involuntary manslaughter & 1 count of endangering children. Plead not guilty. $25K cash or surety bond.
Trial was set to begin on 2/10/20.
1/23/20 Update: Santiago took a plea deal & plead no contest Thursday to one count of endangering children, court records state. A charge of involuntary manslaughter was dismissed in her case. Sentencing on 2/10/20. Awaiting results of other cases for sentencing date. 1/30/20 Update: Motion filed for substitution of counsel-attorney April R. Grabman.
3/14/20: According to the Ohio Dept. of Health, Ohio's COVID 19 pandemic will peak around that time or in early May. Courts will continue to schedule things for their calendars. 2/17/22: Sentencing hearing on 3/25/22.
*Valorie D. Olah - (57/now 60) – 2/16/22: Jury: found guilty & sentenced on 3/17/22 to minimum of 11 years & maximum of 16 ½ years.
*Samantha M. Olah – (26/now 29) – 2/16/22 Jury: Found guilty & sentenced on 3/23/22 to 3 years (36 months) in prison.

Today didn't go as we had hoped.
Sadly, a plea deal was offered to Beverly Scott ( not to be referred to as Santiago) it was locked in. So, the Judge's hands were tied and he had to go with what was done before he was assigned this case..
She got 2yrs Community Control, in other words, probation.
This was in our local newspaper this morning: Three sentenced in child's 2018 death
