I've searched for information on this fire too. Zilch.

Did find a male related to the owner has a significant problem with trafficking in drugs.

Also from the report:

‘Skeletal findings:

May have had remote fracture of right ulna, to be further evaluated
(amf 12-7-17)

Fracture of left ulna occurred at or about the time of death’

[BBM.] R and L ulna fractures?

I hope LE checked with all JFS (CSB) departments in nearby counties. This child was likely abused and family explains his absence by saying he's in foster care. (Similar to a Bella Bond case).

Yep. Poor Bella's story was that she was taken away by CPS. Oh, how I wish she had of been.

Maybe with the fracture of both legs could indicate a child hit by a car and the child was buried to hide the incidenf?

Yikes, two fractures. Either he was one little daredevil or............. Sadly, I'm afraid it's the latter, seeing as no one even seems to have reported him missing. :(

For now, I might go with the latter, unless the fracture being investigated is post mortem

‘TABLE 3

When Is a Fracture Suspicious for Child Abuse?

  • No history of injury
  • History of injury not plausible—mechanism described not consistent with the type of fracture, the energy load needed to cause the fracture, or the severity of the injury
  • Inconsistent histories or changing histories provided by caregiver
  • Fracture in a nonambulatory child
  • Fracture of high specificity for child abuse (eg, rib fractures)
  • Multiple fractures
  • Fractures of different ages
  • Other injuries suspicious for child abuse
  • Delay in seeking care for an injury’

Of course, this little guy may have had a genetic condition.

Would the police be able to call hospitals in the area and see if any of them treated a child for the right ulna fracture? If it is a fracture, that is, but if there's a peri-mortem fracture, then I'm thinking it's likely he did have earlier fractures, and that the peri-mortem fracture might be from rough handling/manhandling by an adult as opposed to an accident.

So someone has called this mother in for burying her child on property? But they didn't find anything? So I assume they directed LE to the wrong yard? Also, it says she buried him two month ago which is a little short for this timeline. HOWEVER, it must be him. What are the chances?

Hmmm, considering the ties to Texas, I hope they’re also looking into our little Galveston Beach boy doe.

The fact that we have to consider which deceased toddler this child is, is just awful. And yet, I still have to hope it's one of them, because the idea that we have yet another dead toddler to look for makes me sick to my stomach.

If they release the address they are searching now, the first thing we should do it see how far it is from where this child was found. I'm hoping they are also able to get DNA from her and a picture of her child.
