What is the entry concerning the warrant referring to? The original arrest?

Well didn't he already have outstanding warrants? I believe so from some time in the past because we were thinking ' why don't they at least pick him up on those old warrants' . So maybe that is it? speculating

I'm from Toledo. The Maumee River is very wide, long and deep in parts. It is a major port city for the Great Lakes. If a body is placed in it there is no assurance it will ever be found.

He did, but the date is from the 6th so it has me curious if there is something new. Maybe that is just the date they filed it.

I'm still so diappointed that Nacy Grace has let this go. I originally heard of this case and our angel on Nancy's show and that was it one time. Then the Zimmerman trial started and I hoped once that was over she'd go back to us here on this case. I try to watch her every night. It's where I first heard about Caylee and Nancy she hung onto that case like an angry Pit Bull. I was hoping that should would treat this case same way.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's to make it on record and they are going through with their charges and they will be put on a public document. Also the warrant had to be issued in order to take him in on that obstruction of justice charge I believe that is what the warrant part is coming from and his court date is on the 8th I hope that helps! Praying baby Elaina will come home soon very soon baby girl!!!

I am still here for Elaina and her family every single day, I just haven't been posting much because I have run out of things to say aside from the obvious - I pray that Elaina comes home soon, I dream that she is alive and hidden away someplace and will keep hoping for that until I know otherwise, and I pray and hope that somebody does the right thing, maybe even today, and gives some information that will lead to finding her.

I have come to love this child, like I"m sure many of us have, and the more days go by without resolution, the more it hurts. I'm always caught between hoping to come here to Websleuths and see that she has been found one way or another, or hoping she HASN"T because it at least leaves room for hope each day.

I am so sad about Elaina and know that we all feel that way. At her age, you count "birthdays" in months, and she's been gone for too many of those little birthday-anniversaries already. Just so sad.

They should just reschedule for the 14th and he and AS can sit in court together! This is so frustrating! I am so sorry for the Steinfurth Family that this is dragging on.

I really hate posting this and it made me ill to read it. This may be why he has asked for a lawyer. I am thinking that prosecutors are going to really put fear into him and do whatever they can to get him to talk. They are going to go after him with all they've got. Maybe this way they can put a huge charge on him and try to bargain with him.

Praying Elaina is safe and smiling.

I pray that they are close to the truth. (and I think they are)
