WEST CHESTER TWP.- A Butler County grand jury on Thursday indicted a West Chester police officer on three felony charges for allegedly releasing classified information.
Officer David Busemeyer, 37, of Hamilton Township in Warren County, a nine-year veteran of the department, faces charges of obstruction of official business, obstruction of justice and attempted tampering with evidence.
“When you are a police officer and you have loose lips, it can jeopardize investigation and the safety of others and that’s what this is all about,” Butler County Prosecutor Michael Gmoser said.
Neither Gmoser nor township police officials would go into detail about the case saying it is a sensitive matter and still under investigation.
i dont know to me it seems pretty weird that ks has conntections with katelyn and bd and they both go missing from the same area within the same year and both have tight connections to her... i cant seem to get that outta my head. to me and from wat ive seen on tv any detective would put those connections together and immediatly interview to see why the connection was so close and so conisedental(sp?) or not....

I just want her to come homeno questions asked. Just come home and act like these three weeks never happened, and lets just get back with life. Shes got too much to offer, too much to finish that she started and come home and lets finish it, David said.
Its been three weeks since anyone has seen or heard from the 22-year-old.
I wish we knew more about the family dynamics. We know Katelyn was adopted and supposedly from someone in the family. Why havent we heard the birth or adopted mother say anything? We hear very little from her family. And why did he mean "No questions asked?"
FAIRFIELD More than two months after 22-year-old Katelyn Markham was reported missing, there is still little to indicate what led to her disappearance.
“We have no evidence that would lead us to a conclusion as to what happened to her,” said Chief Mike Dickey. “We certainly, like most people, are drawn to the conclusion that it involved some sort of foul play, but we have no evidence of it.”
BLUE ASH - Police here are looking for a man who tried to force a girl into his vehicle at knifepoint.
The girl, whose age was not released, told police that she was jogging in the area of Cooper and Hunt roads around 4:45 p.m. when a man in a black car tried to force her into his vehicle.
Although the man was armed with a knife, “the victim was able to escape and call for help,” and the would-be kidnapper drove away, police said.

This is only about 30 minutes from Fairfield. Makes me wonder if there really is someone who is targeting these young girls... I hope they can get him now that they have a description of a vehicle....
Well the joke is on me; way back 5-6 weeks ago when they planned this benefit, I thought they were crazy looking this far ahead and not expecting some news or to have found Katelyn by now...and here we are, just days away from the event and it appears LE is not one bit closer to know what happened to her.
Thinking of Katelyn tonight. I see there is a list of apparent poi's on the considering everything 2 page. Her dad has posted on the considering everything 1 page that he thinks RSO s should be looked at and to not get tunnel vision on JC.
I feel so bad tucked into my bed and there are so many missing out there.
FAIRFIELD, Ohio -- Two months after she was last seen, the whereabouts of a Fairfield woman remain unknown.
I find it odd, considering all the drug talk on the facebook pages, that no one has mentioned the Oct. 12 (I think that is the date) drug bust in Hamilton. This was the result of a year long investigation. They got ~18 out of the ~36 people they had warrents for. ~18 are still at large. I just wonder if this year long investigation has anything to do with the lack of info coming from the police.
