Her testimony could help G4 to a degree but not BW or it could be bad for both. We assume it would not be to G4's advantage but it could be. In the minds of his defense team they will take any help they can get however small it may be.

I looked online yesterday and again just now to see if there were any headlines about AW's hearing tomorrow. I've not seen anything yet. I'm not sure if the media knows yet.

She may say G4 was not involved in certain things but may say BW was. Her confession may mirror JW's exactly. We do not know what his says yet. It's all hypothetical on my part.

I've been thinking about if AW will change her plea tomorrow and reasons why she might just accept LWOP and not go to trial. Two thoughts come to mind, both around her phone privileges.

1. Maybe the prosecution has used her phone privileges as a bargaining chip. If she wants her phone privileges back now, she'll have to take LWOP. She's already been without phone privileges for well over a year. If she doesn't change her plea, it could easily be another year before she could get to trial. That's an awful long time......

And/or

2. Since it was revealed through discovery a few months back that AW somehow managed to make a couple phone calls at the time of JW's confession, maybe her attorneys have told her that she really screwed herself over by defying the court and clearly hadn't learned her lesson in the year since her phone privileges were taken away. Maybe her attorneys have convinced her to throw in the towel so she can get the privileges back.

Just thinking.......

She is going to plead guilty that's probably what this means.

She is giving up now that Jake has turned. She is following him. We haven't seen her in 15 months for a reason. Now we know, she gave up and Jake was the push she needed.

If it's anything else I would be shocked.

Too much evidence against them is what this all boils down to. I have posted the evidence several times and if anyone doesn't think there is enough evidence for these guilty pleas I can post it all again. My list keeps getting longer.

I would really like to see these 3 demons tried together. I kno because of the dp filing you couldnt switch back because of appeals. And I'm very happy they used the leverage of dp to break jake.
With the being said,a group trial would be vindicating, hopeful, and some semblance of a conclusion. These 3 couldnt hide from the jury like they'll try one on one. Who they are behind those masks they wear in public. The family who murders in cold blood only to laugh the next day. Any defense attorney will tell you about the effect on a jury when they hear the defendants callousness for human life live and in person. With jake as their orator the wagners sick bloodlust will make the jury cringe and barely deliberate. Murder cases with 8 people are not equivalent to a single incident. This was familicide. They should be burned alive in my opinion.justice for the victims and their families means least exposure to theories degrading the victims or dancing and concealing behind religion what satanists they really are

Whatever they want to call it this is last minute so I am guessing a guilty plea.

There is one other reason they would rush this and that would be for medical.

Well if Angela is pleading guilty tomorrow, unless its some emergency medical situation, there will only be 2 Wagners left and George is having his own trial, that leaves Billy to plead guilty or have his own trial.

If Angela pleads guilty AND implicates George and Billy, guess who won't be having a trial?

Why bother. Fat lady is singing.

It could mean something we are not familiar with like, as you say, being charged with something else. Like she committed a crime in jail or broke rules so they want to get permission to sanction her, who knows.

So now we have 3 possibilities.

I was also searching online for info on this new warrant. I found the info below, but I'm not sure if a "bench warrant" is the same as a "warrant for removal" to attend a hearing. But, this info is interesting--maybe the court found out she's still making phone calls?? (BBM)

The Warrant thing is really throwing me. I was so sure of a guilty plea but now I wonder if she committed a crime in jail.

The Warrant just isn't normal, never seen one in 2 years and 10 months of the Wagners in jail.
