I wore one size all my adult life. Then one time I tried a half size larger, found it more comfortable, and have been wearing that size ever since.

I think anyone can go a half size smaller for eight hours and be just fine with it, maybe even a little more agile.

You know CC Nash makes my stomach turn the way he shakes his head no when evidence is being talked about against his client and if they want a mistrial then the defense team better come up with evidence that prove GW4 is innocent, Like A Snowball Chance I He11!

Depends how wide a foot they have...if wide it would be unbearable, IMO, but I've always had study duck feet.

I suppose if the fit is already a bit tight, like maybe the wrong size to begin with, going down a half size could be a little more trouble. Looks like they did it.

The fact that the shoe expert has been all over the world inside actual shoe factories will really win over the jury in my opinion. I am so hoping the jury believes that George made a shoe print in blood. The defense is arguing over the half size difference. Trying to say the shoes were the same size and there was no half size difference.

Angie has a receipt for the sizes she bought, I think this expert can give the jury one of the most valuable pieces of evidence.

I think George will be convicted of murder if the jurors believe he himself left bloody foot prints. Now I hear from other posters who heard testimony, that Jake says George helped drag bodies. Well that would leave bloody prints for sure.

I "harp" on these bloody prints because I believe they place George smack dab being in the middle of helping with the murders.

I was thinking about the shoe print at Dana’s which we will be hearing from BCI soon about. The foot print that was found was where JW said GW was standing.
IMO JW could have had GW4 come hold the baby so that he could move Hannah‘s body (per his proffe) into a nursing position. Then while JW was putting the baby back in bed with Hannah GW4 returned back to where he had been standing with blood from Hannah on the soles of his shoes. Therefore leaving a shoe print. Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought it was stated that JW said in his proffer that GW tried wiping up prints. I cant remember 100% but I thought it was at Dana’s trailer.
And that’s also if JW is being truthful.

Deering turned them down and I believe will continue to turn them down.

In my opinion there is no chance Deering would declared a mistrial except if the jury were completely deadlocked.

Do I think it is possible for the jury to deadlock? Yes.Why?

I am only thinking about a couple charges like how we know Angie was spying on Facebook and maybe a juror will not think it was proved George did. Just a couple things like that. But I really think the jury will end up convicting George on all 22 charges or agreeing on all the charges and only acquitting him of one or two, if at all.

I believe he will go down for murder and conspiracy and burglary and tampering with evidence and forged documents for starters. Enough to put him away for at least 40 years or more I hope. LWOP I hope.

IIRC, not certain, but the expert was able to analyze the shoe sole molds for both sizes and could recognize the differences between the shoe sizes based on unique texture patterns hand stamped on the molds.

As for Kenny's water and wether he had running water .. he very well may have. The question about water came up because of LR's testimony that his father would go over to CRsr's around 4am to take a shower when needed. Maybe there was not a good shower in this camper he was living in. Some of those camper showers are nothing more than a hand held spray attachment in a small area by the toilet. So I guess I'm just wondering why some are questioning if he had running water?

No hot water would make sense. Maybe the hot water tank was broken .

Her response about having 8 victims to the mistrial motion . That to me hammered it home. The defense needs to drop that and move on , they aren’t helping their client .
