That's why Billy had to come up with a ruse to get Chris to meet him and step out of his house. Without the promise of the phony deal Billy dreamed up, it sounds like Chris Sr wouldn't have talked to him.

Recall, too, Tabitha or the other girl said Chris Sr was getting the money together to hire an attorney to help Hanna get custody. Jake had beat up Hanna and choked her, etc.

We're only hearing Billy's side of the story.

Jmo Jake made threats (as in chasing a new driver) to H before it got to the break up. Her aunt testified she called C to go get her. Others had told C the same about abuse (the Robison girl) but yet the interaction between c and Billy continued. And really even if he just let him around to talk about a big drug deal think about how that sounds. A man who many would believe would steal a shirt off your back you agree to entertain a conversation about a huge drug deal? Jmo I believe Billy was told to make something right a message had to be sent or a problem taken care of. Jake and Angela had their own motive which was custody and that’s when it came up they all had to die. D was upset that night but through testimony my opinion she was upset about what Jr was thought to be doing. Any mother would be upset and want to solve that if there was an issue. I don’t know if he was or wasn’t but D was trying to get him on the right path, that is why so many calls and text between c d and Jr. I don’t believe d was focused on custody that night either she was focused on her youngest. She was caught completely off guard. Jmo as far as G I still can’t get to motive after all testimony. Jmo
 
About the cell phone location data...

They said it wasn't helpful because all the phones were on the same cell tower, not having a lot of towers in the area. I do remember the one off Union Hill Rd, the access to it near Chris's, I think an ambulance parked at that intersection. Seems like the road had somebody's name but I don't recall.

Also, I'd add after listening to that interview of Billy, I detected some jealousy there.

Chris and I grew up different.. he had it hard, had to work hard for what he had.. I was a trust fund baby. (surface level that sounds great.. trust fund baby.. I think he envied Chris for working so hard to have what he did. He envied how close his family was. He was jealous because they wanted to be around each other because they cared for one another vs some sick control/loyalty/obligation (think of Billy mentioning he just takes care of his dad.. so much of that seemed fake) FW seems like the controlling type also. She is a business woman who I am sure worked hard also, but she seems like it's conditional love, like you owe me something type of success/love/parenting. Maybe Billy was jealous of his buddy. I got the feeling Chris Sr would have done anything for his friends, but Billy's motives were always about him and his help was likely always conditional. Maybe that is all he new based on how he was raised.

If the SKS had a flash hider or muzzle break on the muzzle it would be simple to unscrew it and then mount the suppressor.


Don't know about Glock but Walther makes an adapter to fit some of it's .22 pistols with an
"accessory".

I do not see a subpoena listed for Elizabeth, Jake's wife, but the prosecution was keeping Elizabeth's address and neighbors secret from the defense. The defense was upset about this and filed one or two Motions over it. So her subpoena could be under seal.

I can't imagine her not testifying.

Thank you for this post. I've been raking my brain trying to remember about another wife. I really thought I had lost part of my memory.
 
IMHO Billy is an idiot and his mom knows it. She's not going to drop a ton of money into the hands of a total dummy. She would give him little bits here and there. Its all about control. Chris Sr was his own man. Billy hated it. Again IMHO

Wasn't it in Jake's proffer that George tried to talk them out of it and refused to go but changed his mind at the last minute and went to protect Jake from Billy?

Jakes proffer said that George tried to talk them out of it and refused to go with them but changed his mind and went at the last minute to protect Jake from Billy. Guess we will hear more when we get to hear Jakes testimony.

I find it so annoying that after a year, they got good photos of the empty property.

I had the Wagner's on my radar almost from day one. To me, the timing, new baby, was critical and completely glaring.
I think Billy Had his own additional motive here. Money business deals, something. He did mention the 20k that was owed him.

I do see the confusion as the Wagner's skillfully manipulated social media and threw blame everywhere else.
They need an award for that.

It almost blinded me. I would rip all that crap out and paint the walls white or at least a very light color. Angie sure wouldn't make it as a decorator. I wouldn't let her near my walls. And paint the outside of the house white or a light color like blue or grey. Gave me a headache looking at all that busy wallpaper and paneling.

He was there for years. Then Montgomery, then Scioto for his trial. Even had a crazy rumor of him escaping!

The Ross County Sheriff confirmed to news media on Monday that George Wagner, IV, (the son) was not one of four inmates to break through a wall at a county jail this weekend, despite social media rumors over the weekend.

Wagner, 27, is facing eight counts of murder, along with his family. Wagner has been housed at the Ross County Jail in Chillicothe since his November 2018 arrest. Four inmates escaped from the jail over the weekend but all four have been apprehended.
