My dad had about an 8th grade education and ran his own business quite effectively. He raised five kids, one of which had a chronic illness and few people had health insurance...

Now, if G3 is functioning at 7 grade level, is he not considered MR? How on earth did AW ever get involved with him & feel it safe to have kids with him?

Perhaps G3 holds the public school system responsible for his deficiencies and was the driving force behind “home schooling” for his boys.

Again, if they are the culprits behind the grisly murders of 8, they have sure destroyed the W family name for generations to come. Future generations that stay in the area shall always be known as related to “those other Ws”.

I think he may just have the education level of a seventh grader. His three Rs may be lacking, but that wouldn't mean that he is mentally handicapped. I know a fella who struggled some in school, got married at 16 with a child otw, and went to work. I was told he had dyslexia. No one knew back in the day. Hasn't held him back at all in making a great life for himself. I think that G3 has some sort of personality disorder. That does not mean that he cannot be as charming as all get out when he wants to be. He may turn into a little boy when he is around FW.

Bear with me on this thought....who said many of the vehicles used in demolition were "possibly stolen" vehicles? Was/could the "ongoing enterprise" be the faked notarized bills of sale??? I wonder besides forged custody papers if the red truck business was actually one of CR1's and the W's actually stole it the night they murdered everyone. If not the red truck but another vehicle on the property was used? Probably not but had to put that out there.

If it was from the git go, then the house really had no part in it, I'd think that K's birth was a big part of the trigger.

Again, just so know one is confused, I was only suggesting FW had the resources to perhaps “buy” custody. But, I like your theory. Idk how the trailer was going to be paid for, do you? Loan, land contract or rent to own?

Since LE refers to G3 as the mastermind, they MUST have something on tape. What? Maybe someone saying “it was all your idea dad” or “wish you’d never gotten us involved, dad”. Otherwise, why would they consider him the mastermind?

One of four capital defendants charged with the 2016 Pike County murders has asked a judge for a change of venue.

Attorneys for Angela Wagner, 48, asked the court to consider moving the case outside Pike County Common Pleas Court to ensure she receives “a fair trial before a jury untainted by pre-trial publicity.”

Wagner’s attorney, Robert Krapenc, said he filed the motion “out of an abundance of caution.”


“My opinion of the process is that I filed a motion so I could preserve the right at a later date,” Krapenc said. “I would probably ask the judge not to rule on that motion until we try to find a jury in Pike County.”

Wagner faces 22 criminal charges in connection to the 2016 killings of eight people in Pike County, including the mother of her granddaughter. Among the charges are eight counts of aggravated murder, which carry death penalty specifications.

Also charged are her husband, George W. “Billy” Wagner III, 47, and their two sons, Edward “Jake” Wagner, 26, and George Wagner IV, 27. All pleaded not guilty to the same charges. Jake Wagner also pleaded not guilty to allegations of unlawful sexual conduct with Hanna Rhoden, one of the murder victims with whom he fathered a child.





The eight murder charges represent each of the eight people killed April 22, 2016: Chris Rhoden Sr., Dana Manley Rhoden, Hanna Rhoden, Chris Rhoden Jr., Clarence “Frankie” Rhoden, Kenneth Rhoden, Gary Rhoden and Hannah “Hazel” Gilley.


Krapenc also asked the court to dismiss the death penalty specifications against Angela Wagner, arguing Ohio’s death penalty is unconstitutional. He additionally asked the court to allow his client to appear in civilian clothing without restraints.

The Columbus attorney said his client is “doing fine” while kept in the Delaware County Jail.

“Obviously, she’s away from her family, she’s incarcerated. It’s putting a lot of pressure on her, especially around the holidays,” he said.

I think there could have been multiple conversations. But GW3’s siblings would be stupid or awfully trusting to stay anywhere near the farm. Unless a deal was cut to save FW. BUT THEN SHE would be mad that JW hadn’t gotten the same deal. She did proclaim his innocence and it was posted somewhere here that he was her favorite.

I know from a friend FW is awfully proud of her granddaughter.
I’m confused re: unless a deal is cut for FW. What do you mean? Jake is facing the most serious of charges, FW has weak, bs charges that, IMO, will be reduced or dropped. At most, she’ll get some fines.

Is it possible FW, RW and RAW initially thought only G3 to be involved, as time progressed they discovered the entire family of 4 were in deep horse manure?

Per FGT (future gen trust, lol) maybe it skips two. Not unheard of. FW raised her kids with work ethics, expects them to do the same with their children.
I know everyone’s opinion differs but I think FW & her husband did the best they could, a lot better than most, in raising their kids. She must be appalled and always so, over the life A & G created for their boys.

We don’t even know if FW wanted JW to have his daughter. Truth be known, as I posted a moment ago, she could have made a monetary offer, if she really wished them to have custody. If an offer had been extended, nothing to say whether HR would have agreed. But, it’d been worth a shot. No pun intended, sorry. FW had to know the child did not need to be reared by the 4.

Another thought, maybe G3 isn’t even an heir and he knows he’s not. If he’s “deficient”, I doubt she would leave him anything unless it’s controlled by some entity or god forbid, his siblings. I can’t even imagine how ugly that situation would be. Bullets would fly.

Self made millionaires generally expect their kids to follow suit. They are leading by example, they hope. Now if we’re talking Max Factor, Hilton’s or something nationally recognized, it’s different.

The farm that JW and G4 sold, was it a gift from FW? Where did the proceeds from the sale go?

IF a trust exists leaving assets to “grandchildren”, AW probably believes it to include greats, great greats & on & on. Obviously, speculation. But it’s been said they wanted “control”. Exactly what did they wish to “control”. Maybe persons that might one day inherit a pot they could then all pee on??? Kids grow up, begin a new chapter, move on. Controlling kids is basically an 18 year challenge.

Obstruction of justice: just want to toss this out here. I know a woman that had OOJ charges for hiding her boyfriend from authorities. LE found him in her home via a search warrant. He was facing serious charges. The woman’s case was dismissed. She only had court costs and one night in jail.

Personally, I’d forfeit any inheritance before I’d involve myself with G3 & AW. I certainly wouldn’t put myself alone, with them, on a 2k acre farm.
I did consider AW was in it for the money. In her marriage.
But considering their financial woes have been going on as long as their marriage, it appears FW gave them nothing. Maybe from time to time she helped them.
She and her late husband must be so disappointed in G3.
But, he could have worked on the farm, I’m sure. Perhaps he did from time to time.

GWIII (father) has history of receiving/dealing stolen items, now in jail

The reason I think he’s MR is because he is and has been drawing SSI, correct? Also he may have been afraid of losing his benefits if he did work, unless it was under the table.
